“My cozy stay away from HOME”
from the time i arrived until i left ...i was very pleased with my visit...i would go again and again ....so tell ur friends ..if they like a nice cozy spot ....u know where 2 go ...smiling ...not suprised ..Expedia always directs me 2 the right list for my Hotel visits...whether one night or vacation.
“Inexpensive option for DC stay”
Convenient location, especially for the price. Short drive to Metro. One night there was a bus of school kids - a little noisy, but not too bad. Loved having a fridge in the room. Microwave too, but we didn't use.
“Nice place to stay in Washington DC area”
We do not have anything negative to report. Nice hotel, close to Mt Vernon and 10-15 minutes drive to the Huntingdon Metro Station, to go to the National Mall.
“Great hotel in Alexandria, VA”
The hotel has a charming courtyard; the staff is courteous, professional and welcoming. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast room is pleasant with adequate tables & space for guests. The hotel is convenient to restaurants and stores -and close to a Metro station. It was a good experience & a great value!

The staff went over and above in preparing our room for our stay, to include taking of a few things before we arrived. The staff is more than qualified to provide the best service at the Willard Hotel in DC, which is much higher priced.

“Decent hotel, great rates”
We were looking for a few rooms while working in the area and this one was perfect - great rates, convenient location clean and overall seemed like a great value for the money. I don't understand the negative reviews at all. If you want a 5 star hotel, pay for one. Don't expect to get champagne treatment on a beer budget!
“good place to stay”
It is a fairly new hotel and the surrounding area was nice, food, walmart, and gas stations close by. The staff was nice and did not have any problems. Would stay there again.
