“Peaceful with Comfort”
The Hotel was beautiful, clean and well designed for comfort with a peaceful atmosphere throughout. Staff was friendly, polite and very helpful. I appreciated the comfort and calmness of my surroundings considering I was in town for a family member who was ill and it was a stressful time for me. I would stay at The Westin again and again.
“Service With A Smile”
From the moment we checked in at the front desk, we noticed the staff smiling, not only in return to our smiles, but through initial eye contact and facial observations. The more we interacted with staff, the friendlier the atmosphere and commitment toward fufilling requests and making appropriate suggestions for a pleasurable stay. Although we stayed only two nights, it was first class all the way! As Arnie Schwartzenegger said time and again, "I 'll be back." Nothing could be more accurate than that.
“Very nice hotel worthy of 4 stars!”
Great, nice, luxurious hotel! The best hotel out of our 8 days trip visiting the US NorthEast & Canada, also got the best rate for the whole trip as well. If I knew that I would have stay here longer rather than just 1 night. Roomy room and bath room; love the double showerhead. It would have been nicer if there's a microwave but that is just us ('cuz the kid likes to eat cup of noodle).

It was great place to stay with a very friendly and accomodating staff. It was just perfect! Highly recommended, even with children like ours: we had two, age 3 years old and 22 months old! Enjoy.

“Love this hotel”
This is my second time staying there, and of course I had a pleasant stay again. From the minute we walked in, there were staff members there ready to help us with anything. They even opened the door for me. The entire hotel is just beautiful and very clean. The only thing that went wrong was that our TV wasn't working, and they even offered to switch us to another room for the inconvenience, but we didn't spend much time in the room, so I didn't mind. The beds are the most comfortable I've ever slept on and I will definitely stay there whenever I get the opportunity!
