“Great hotel great location”
Service was average, location was amazing, my wife and I had a great time despite the rain lol. Dinner buffet was delicious pricey but we made the most of it lol. We even caught the mermaid show. Great price for the hotel and package, especially when you can walk out, cross the street and walk into Waikiki beach. Wouldn't mind coming back here next time we vist Oahu.
“pacific beach is the best !”
we've stayed here before, and it's the same as before-clean,comfortable,and steps from waikiki beach ! housekeeping is the best, especially Take who took such good care of us! my only complaint was of the sink in the bathroom, which drained very slowly. but we were always out and forgot to call about it, so it was all good !! we had such a lovely time, loooove hawaii and pacific beach.
“Like it very much.”
I really like the hotel, the colorful carpet and it's location. The lobby reminded me of a hotel in Vegas strip. Will stay there again when I go to Hawaii in the future and definitely will refer friends to stay at this hotel.
“Beautiful view”
We treated ourselves to an oceanfront room. The balcony was private on both sides, couldn't see anyone but had a fantastic view of the ocean. Relaxing to sit outside and enjoy. Enjoyed our daily breakfast at the Oceanarium Restaurant. Good enough variety and good and friendly service. Plenty of fresh fruits. This trip made our wedding anniversary that much more special. Also enjoyed the BBQ at the cafe. We both look forward to coming back again soon
“Great location”
We thought the room was very clean. Just what we were looking for in a hotel. Location was good and staff friendly. The ONLY thing that I wish had been different was the location of the room. We were near the elevator and could hear it going up and down which was somewhat noisy but hey we were in Hawaii so we got over it!
“Great location , Nice hotel”
The Pacific Beach hotel was wonderful . The location could not have been better. The Partial ocean view was amazing . The staff was over the top nice. I could not have been happier with this hotel. I will definitely stay here again.
“Hawaiian trip”
The room was spacious and they cleaned it every day. The bed could have been softer. Location was perfect. The buffet breakfast was perfect and plentiful, priced reasonable.. Would stay again and recommend it.
“Brief stay in paradise”
We booked partial ocean view and were upgraded to ocean view, which, while not ocean front, gave a great view of Diamond Head and the ocean. Straight over the road from the beach, could walk back straight from beach without needing to change clothes. Didn't eat in but food smelled appetising. Loved seeing the fish and manta rays swimming around. Staff helpful, accommodating and discreet. Love the eco option reusing towels if only a short stay. Also great to have beach towels at no charge. Easy walk to international market and all shops along the Kalakaua shopping strip. Would stay again, and stay longer.
“Nice Hotel”
We stayed here for our first trip to Hawaii. Nice hotel, good location...everything you would expect from a mid level hotel. Would definitely recommend it.
“our favorite waikiki hotel”
this hotel is so well positioned across the street from the swimming beach and just next to the beginner surfing area- the service has always been excellent- the breakfast areas are the place to start the day- easy to walk to the restaurants at sunset.
