“Awesome Hotel across from Waikiki Beach!”
Convenient to anything in Waikiki. Great hotel! Great location! The staff goes out of their way to make your visit special.
“loved this hotel, would highly recommend it. great location.”
loved every thing about this hotel, from the location from the beach and resturants to the friendly and helpful staff. our room was on the 29th floor(top) what a fantastic view, priceless. we were only here for 3 nights as we were touring, i wish we could have stayed longer. highly recommended. happy travellers, linda and robert from scotland.
“Great location”
We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and loved every minute of it. The reception staff were lovely, upon check in they gave us a free room upgrade to a room with a partical ocean view, which was great. The room was very nice, a little on the small side compared to other places we've stayed on our holiday, but the bed was very comfortable and the verandah was spacious. The restaurant staff were great, excellent dinner buffet. The pool was on the small side for the size of the hotel. This hotel offers free internet usage by providing several computers near reception, however they request usage only be limited to 15 minutes, but some people ignore this and use the computers for as long as they want - we waited 25 minutes to get on line and if it wasn't for my husband standing up and looking impatient, I beleive we would have waited longer. The interent usage needs to be monitored more by staff, or the computers should automacially log out after 15 minutes to make it fairer for other hotel guests who are waiting. The elevators were quite slow too, often with cues in the foyer - however they were experiences problems with the lifts during our stay and they did have notices up apologising for this. But apart from these minors things, we loved this hotel. There was always fresh frangapani flowers available to the hotel guests each day, which was a lovely touch. Highly recommend this hotel.
“Will go back again”
I had read some negative reviews for this hotel, but was very happy to find no problems with my stay. The room was clean and very comfortable, staff were very helpful and the location was great! I'll definitely go back again.
“Hawaii”
Beatiful place to visit
“Love being there!!!!!”
this was the best stay I ever had being this was our honeymoon trip. The service was great everyone was very friendly. The resturant down stairs was great and always fresh. We could even take just a short walk to the beach and stores due to everything being so close to the hotel. I can't wait to go back and I will always stay here. The events and Shows was great to see and enjoyed being there.
“Would return to hotel again.”
The staff and the entertainment at the hotel were great. The food was the best.
“What a great experience!”
Staying at this hotel was a great experience. The rooms were a little small, however, they were adequate, extra clean and we enjoyed the patio, even if it wasn't an ocean view, it was great to sit out and relax. The staff was excellent and very attentive, the room service and restrauant had excellent food and the shopping area was a treat and very unique. The pool and outside dining area is awesome and relaxing. I recommend it for one or two people visiting Hawaii and I will definitely stay there again!
“Going back in 2011”
My family enjoyed 8 days and 7 nights at the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani. Our room was on the 6th floor of the Ainahau Tower in the corner of the building. We had a mountain view with peek a boo views of Diamond Head and the beach. Our floor was quiet during our stay. The hotel staff was great and accomadated us with our requests in a timely manner. The price of phone calls, in room internet service, use of the safe and parking are in line with the prices of that hotel location. The free internet sevice was available in the lobby with hardly any wait if any in 15 minute incraments. Parking was $25 a day. We parked 5 minutes away for $10 a day. The trip concierge was very accomodating. My sons enjoyed the nice sized pool. The pool did close at 7pm for the evening entertainment. The hotel is in prime location with everything nearby including the beaches. The Princess Kaiulani is resonable comparing it to other 3 star hotels in the area.
“best waikiki yet!”
My wife and I stayed at the Princess in early July, and had a fantastic time. This was our seventh visit to Oahu ,and after staying at five other hotels, we finally found our home. We loved everything about our stay. The room was beautiful, with a comfortable bed and a great view. The pool area was very large with plenty of chaise lounges to relax. The hotel had free internet in the lobby which made it easy to stay in contact with home. The location was perfect and near everything we wanted to do. The hotel had plenty of activities in the lobby, and even offered fresh cut pineapple to snack on. The price was very reasonable for the high quality of the hotel. We are already planning our next visit and can't wait to return to the Princess.
