We had a great experience at Celebrity Resorts Waikiki. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping staff was very accommodating to us. Keep in mind that it is a timeshare, therefore do not expect for your room to be cleaned top to bottom every day (although ours was always very clean), but if I needed something, I just left a note to the housekeeping staff and always got it. Housekeeping is a real hard work, so we always tip. Everyone (staff and guests, except for one middle-aged guest suffering from something) was very patient with kids and the pool noise they generate :) Feels like we visited a family! Location is perfect: very close to everything. Wonderful little place to stay at :)

Hotel Review: My daughter and I were traveling together looking at college choices. I wanted to find a place in Waikiki that was clean, safe and close to the beach. Celebrity Resorts was all that and more !!! We arrived extremely early and we were allowed to check into our room (we requested a specific location) with no hesitation. Front desk staff is sooooo accommodating. We loved Aaron and Judy ... they were always there to help us. The room was clean (although the maid skipped us 1 out of 7 days). I have a bug phobia and am always concerned about this problem when staying anywhere. Rest assure, this was never a problem at this resort. We will definately return and stay here when my daughter attends the university next fall. I work at a high end hotel/casino in Las Vegas and can highly recommend this resort with a clear conscious. Enjoy !!!!

“Couldn't have been happier!”

I'm not into room service or fancy things so that made this hotel perfect. There were all kinds of organized events the hotel put on, mostly for free and were tons of fun. Basically in the heart of Waikiki, near the beach, and close to tons of shopping. Staff was very friendly and accomodating - ask them for directions if you need to know how to get somewhere. The kitchenette has a stove, microwave, small refrigerator, dishes and pots/pans, silverware, and cups. I strongly recommend staying here.

“Wonderul place, highly recommended!!!!”

Don't let the name or pictures fool you. The staff is probably the best hotel staff Ive acquired in years; 2.5 stars dont do justice for all of the friendly staff, accomodations, and help we received during our trip. The conceirge was very helpful and friendly, and they even let us go through their snorkling gear, to see if we could take any of them to the beach with us. The staff will bend over backwards to accomodate you, and the room was definately the most comfortable. It had a kitchen, utensils, pots & pans, and they would wash our dishes and clean for us very diligently.

This hotel had the friendliest, kindest staff imaginable, from Front Desk to maid service. They really went the extra mile to make my stay pleasant. The cleanliness of the hotel & my room were exceptional. It was very quiet in my room, even with a jackhammer across the street every day! It's not fancy, but its comfortable, clean & roomy. The only thing I did not like about the room was a worn out mattress on the bed. When I mentioned it at checkout, they said I should have told them sooner, so they could replace it! There are no elevators, so you have to walk up to the 2nd & 3rd floors, but they helped with the luggage & I enjoyed the exercise. I would highly recommend this hotel for families, romantic get-ways, business or leisure. And I would go back again in a minute!

“Exceeded expectations”

Picked this hotel based on price and reviews and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. Our room was nice and clean with a full kitchenette, and the bathroom was a nice size. The front desk staff were very helpful and always eager to answer any questions. When I come back to Hawaii I will definitely stay here again!

“Great Hotel with great rates”

The hotel was very family frendly, we had 3 rooms (2) 1 bedroom & (1) studio. The 1 bedrooms each had 1 queen bed in the bedroom plus a queen bed in the living room plus a hidabed. So we could have sleep 6 in the one bedroom. The pool area was nice the have a wonderful garden area around the pool with a hot tub, BBQ's which was nice an we saved a little money and did some BBQ in the evenings. The hotel was a lot of fun and the service was great.

All of the employees there were wonderful, from housekeeping to the front desk. They were all friendly and very helpful when we had any questions about anything.When the black out occurred and we lost power on the island they were quick to respond to all of the guests questions and get us lights immediately. The bed was comfortable.

Perfect hotel for a family. Atmosphere was very comfortable and relaxed. Can improve on parking.
