"Location was great, front desk was nice. However it is by far the loudest hotel I have ever experienced. There is no noise barrier whatsoever on the balconies and the noise was unbelievably loud until well after 2am on a SUNDAY when the police had to tell people to leave and it still took them a while to actually go away (loudly). As far as the room, the beds were decent, but the flooring was super sandy/dirty and the bathroom was not great. The TV is big but very grainy (not HD and not even standard, looked like an antenna maybe) so we did not use it. I won't be returning. It was also expensive for what you got. You are definitely paying for location only. I guess it does depend on what you want or need from the place though. It'd probably be fine for college kids or people who are planning on being out until 2 or 3am every night."
