"Everything was wonderful except for the room temp, which, unfortunately is a deal-breaker for me.
If you need a cool room to sleep in, find another hotel. I was there with a huge group of over 50 people and every single person I asked said their room was uncomfortably hot, but some came to my room and said it was way worse than theirs.
The room was humid and at least 80 degrees when we walked in. I immediately set the thermostat to 60 when we arrived, yet I don't think it got any cooler than 78 all night.
When I went to the desk to talk to someone, he said he'd send someone to look at it, but when we came back to our room later, their "fix" was to put a desktop fan on the nightstand with just enough air moving force to maybe push a ball of lint across a table. Other than that, it was a really well-run property."
