“Simple, Quality, gets the job done.”

an older hotel with a real door key, but seemed to be maintained with a sense of pride and quality. Nothing fancy but gets the job done. Service was friendly, room was clean and comfortable, has a fridge and microwave. Free breakfast was simple, toast, bagels, cereal, but quality. Real O.J. etc. A bit off the freeway so be sure you have directions, this little hotel was a pleasure to stay.

“Clean and Friendly - Great Deal for the Price”

This is one of the older motels with lots of upgrades. Everything was newly painted and very clean. Bed was very comfortable There was excellent internet access, a new mini-fridge in the room and new microwave. The bath was large with seperate shower and toilet room. Fixtures were all new. The staff was still old-time local and friendly. They provided a great little history folder of the Ontario area. It was nice to stay in a place that didn't have the sterotyped corporate, cookie cutter feel. This was definitely the best deal in town. Highly recommended.

“Nice, clean, comfortable, affordable stay.”

This isn't a new motel, but it was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I liked that it had a small refrigerator, and microwave so I didn't have to eat out all the time. It is pet friendly, which isn't usually a problem, but I had to listen to someone's barking dogs for the first couple of days I was there (that probably isn't common). The people who run/own it are very nice and helpful, and It is reasonably priced. There are good restaruants not far away, and it isn't too far from a main highway. I would definately stay there again.

“Overnight for a hunting trip.”

Great place for an overnight stay. The owner was very friendly. The only negative was the tile in our bathroom was in desperate need of an upgrade.

“desent place to stay”

the staff was very friendly. There is an hospital across the street, so occasionally you'll here sirens. Overall, my husband and I slept through the night. It was a good place to rest your heads.

“Comfortable”

The place is older, but pretty well taken care of. The room was clean, and VERY comfortable. Stayed here at the end of 8 days of staying in motels, and this was by far the most comfortable bed of the whole trip. Good breakfast, great wi-fi, and very friendly and accommodating staff. The only downside was that a train whistle woke me up a couple times during the night. I'm not sure where the train is, it's not that close, I couldn't see it and I am a light sleeper.

“Inexpensive and the basics”

Quick business stay on my own. For the price alone I'd stay again. The room was comfortable, the bathroom was good sized although the shower was small, I didn't watch TV though there was cable and HBO I believe, the TV was tiny but I didn't care. The bed was comfortable, the lighting good, and it was relatively quiet. There is a continental breakfast but I did not eat. I just wanted a bed to sleep in, a toilet, and relative peace and quiet and I wanted no perks and as cheap as possible. This was it.

“Nice place to stay for the nite”

The owner/manager gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant for dinner. It was really a good place. Also he was very friendly and accomodating to us.

“Old motel”

Adequate for one night. Strong air spray smell,thin towels. Was quiet and bed adequate.

“OK ON A SHOESTRING”

IF YOU ARE JUST LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO LAY YOUR HEAD, THIS HOTEL IS OK. IF YOU LIKE COOL AIRCONDITIONED ROOMS, I WOULD LOOK ELSEWHERE. THE SMALL WINDOW AIR CONDITIONER HAD SEEN BETTER DAYS. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND THE AMENITIES WERE ADEQUATE BUT IT TOOK HALF THE NIGHT FOR THE ROOM TO COOL OFF ENOUGH FOR SLEEP.
