Wonderful shuttle service back to the airport - well before "normal" hours - when the scheduled taxi didn't show up. They went above and beyond expectations. The staff were great!

I come to Southern Ca. every year on business, this was by far the best experience, I rented five rooms for my crew members and myself, we WILL return to this clean, well managed hotel, thank you Best Western!

I stayed this hotel several times. The front desk staff are friendly and room are comfortable. Breakfast has quite a few choices and it's free.

The hotel was very nice and friendly for everyone. There is a nice pool so you can dip in during OC hot weather. I saw lot's of kids so I knew the place was family friendly. They had flat-screen TV's and lots of interesting channels so you would not get bored in the room. There is a coffee maker and ironing board+iron in the room. Overall it was a bargain and I would stay there again.

The hotel was superb. The staff were very polite especially in the dinning area for our breakfast. The area was nice and full of trees and plants which made it more pleasant. I will book this hotel for future stay.
