“A good family resort -we would go again”
The staff were friendly and helpful and there were many organised activities for the children.The place was clean and well maintained. However, I would echo the comments by a previous reviewer about the sofa bed being uncomfortable. I think I would go for the two bedroom option if I went again!
“A great find!”
We loved this hotel. It was a pleasant surprise. Our one bedroom suite was clean and pleasantly decorated. The full kitchen was well stocked. The hotel was conveniently located near the Anaheim Disneyland shuttle.
“Nice hotel”
Lovely helpful staff. Location a bit farther from disney than I thought, but walkable. No restaurant or bar within the hotel grounds but a few within walking distance and some grocery stores close bye also. Rooms very fine, ours had a bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed in the living area for the children. That was the only bad thing about the stay was how uncomfortable the bed was for them, and very noisey with every movement they made. I dont recommend the sofa bed for a good nights sleep for anyone heavier than a 6 year old.
“Great Family Spot”
We had a wonderful time at this hotel while visiting Disneyland. The rooms/suites were very spacious and the kitchen very useful. Everything that you needed was provided in the room and any extras were a phone call away. The rooms weren't cleaned daily like in a traditional hotel...but we found the privacy nice.The kids loved the pool and clubhouse and the BBQ area was handy for cookouts. The kidsclub offered activities through out the day...but we were too busy at the parks to take advantage. The park was a 5 minute bus ride away...or a 20 min walk. There was no dining on site....other than a Denny's at the corner. I wish they offered recycling as well. Overall...it was perfect for our needs and at an affordable price.
“Pretty good stay with walls a bit on thin side”
everything was wonderful. hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and parking was good. the only compliant i would say is the walls were a bit on the thin side. also, my room was above the laundry room so there was a bit of noise from conversations below...
“Worth the money”
This hotel was rated 2.5 stars and I think that is worthy. I loved that the room had a fully funtioning kitchen. The sofa bed was cheap, but good enough for small children. The bathroom tub was ok. I loved that the kids loved the pool and childrens activities. The kids club house was great. I thought most of the staff was nice. But they have hired 18-20yr olds to run some of the pool activities and I thought that they were not mature enough to handle individual upsets that happen with small children from time to time.
“Outstanding value”
The room was much larger and nicer than we could have imagined. Our daughter's family was assigned a room very close to ours. We enjoyed having our own kitchen facilities
