“Quick Overnight stay”
We wanted to visit the Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve. This place was extremely convenient to the Reserve. It was clean and quiet. We even got a peek view of the ocean from the third floor! For the money spent, we felt it was a very good value.

Our stay was GREAT! Room was VERY nice, Fresh paint, Fridge, Microwave, Coffee/Tea maker. My Grandson LOVED the deep bathtub. Free microwave popcorn. Grounds very well maintained, I am surprised Expedia only rates this motel as a 1 1/2 star. Staff is very friendly. Quiet place to stay, Smoking is outside only so rooms are fresh. You wont be disappointed with a stay here. Beds are very comfortable.
“Very impressed! Will definitely go back!”
We were really impressed with this Motel and can't understand why some of the reviews we read were so bad. Everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable,having a refridgerator and microwave in the room was very nice (also free wi-fi), and the management was very friendly and helpful. It is an older motel but still in great shape. Will definitely go back

The family who runs the motel is extremely nice. The room was clean, and well-maintained. The location is very close to the beach. A great value for the money.

I have stayed at hotels and paid much more for the room, and I would be perfectly satisfied going back to Ocenview for my next visit. The service was wonderful and they were available at all hours of the early morning and late evening. Our stay was wonderful!
“Would Stay There Again”
The room was clean and comfortable. The TV was a newer model and we plugged our DVD player into it to watch movies. The price was GREAT and it was close to restaurants and very close to the beach (with free parking!). We would stay there again!
“Very good at a reasonable price”
Excellent hotel. stayed there for three nights. Fridge, microwave, coffemaker, free popcorn, clean room, safe neighborhood, walking distance to the beach. The hotel has an elevator which made it very easy for my disabled husbnad to get up the the room. Very handicapped friendly place. I felt very safe there. I would recommend this hotel to people who want a clean, comfortable and reasonably priced place to stay in the Huntington Beach area.
“Third Stay There”
We've stayed at this hotel three different times in the last two years and would not hesitate to go back. The staff was very accomodating, the location can't be beat (right on PCH facing the ocean), and the rooms were clean. This is a no frills place but perfect for going to the beach every day.
