“Good Facilities”

This is a spacious and comfortable hotel - good room, excellent dining room for supper with v attentive staff, good play areas for kids. Only drawback - it is on the main road (but not at all noisy) and well away from towns so you definitely need transport for the beaches around Orbetello or for walking in the Maremma.
