Windsor Hills - Gated resort community two miles from Walt Disney World® Resort attractions. Huge freeform pool with fountains, waterslides and a spa. Sporting courts and children's playground with a castle theme. Clubhouse overlooking the pool has billiards tables and an arcade, sundry shop, fitness room, and movie theater with high definition surround-sound.
Terrace Ridge - Gated resort community one half-mile from Reunion Country Club and Champions Gate Golf Resort. Amenities include a heated spa, game room, fitness center, and enormous heated outdoor pool.
The Villas at Seven Dwarfs Lane Resort Gated resort community five miles from Walt Disney World® Resort. Amenities include a large outdoor swimming pool and spa tub, fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, children's playground, and a community clubhouse.
Bahama Bay - Carribean-style resort approximately nineteen miles from Walt Disney World® Resort. This resort has two freeform outdoor pools with spa tubs, sauna, mini-cinema and a health spa (fee charged). A fitness center overlooks one of the pools. A 17,000-square-foot clubhouse has a game room, poolside bar, Internet café (fee charged), activity center, and a gift and sundry shop.

The Advantage Vacation Condos offers two- and three-bedroom condominiums, all of which include full kitchens with ranges, dishwashers, microwaves, refrigerators, table linens, and dishware. These Orlando condos have washers and dryers, TVs, and DVD or VCR players. Bed linens, towels, and toiletries are provided. Square footage ranges from 900 to 1200 square feet.

“The Windsor Hills Resort was Beautiful!”
We stayed at Windsor Hills. The resort was modern and well kept. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool at the New Windsor was beautiful, although there were three incidents where the pool was closed because children defecated in the pool (no fault of the management) but that put a damper on swimming.

awesome place....requested 2 bedroom condo and received a three bedroom...condo was in great shape...2 full bathrooms...nice kitchen with all the necessities...our 1 yr and 4 yr olds loved it, as did my wife and i.....can't wait to get back to that place!!!

This is my second time staying at this location. We rented from Advantage Vacation condos, but this site is also known as Bahama Bay Resort. The location is about 10 miles from Disney park, but it is not a long drive. The pool was fantastic and so are the accomodations. I stayed in a two bedroom on the ground floor and had a great patio to have breakfast on each morning. This place has become my first choice to stay at when coming to Orlando!! Do not hesitate in booking this resort, you will not be disappointed.

Rooms were very clean. The screened balcony was a very nice surprise. The washer and dryer made life much easier. Had no need to contact anyone for service of any type.

Wonderful condo that we stayed at, and we got a free upgrade to a three bedroom unit at no extra charge! Very clean, quiet, gated community with a nice pool and hot tub within a thirty second walk from our font door! Unit was nicely equipeed with all the essentials, and what we needed to buy was very easy to find at the local walmart or target. Approx. 20 minute drive to get to any theme park or water park in the area.Shopping was also close as well. Would recommend getting a rental car.

My family and I stayed in a three bedroom condo, The place was roomy and the property had alot of amenities that my family enjoyed, It was very close to the Disney parks, The condo had anything we needed for our stay, including washer,dryer,dishwasher,plates,glasses and utensils it also had a sofa bed that an additional 2 people, I would definately stay here again
“home away from home”
We were plenty of space for my parents, my husband and my baby. The condo was exceptionally clean and we enjoyed all the facilities at the resort. We would stay at this place again. At the check-in time we were told about an additional $45 dollars fee that would cover up to $1000 dollars if any damage occurs at the condo. If you do not want to pay this fee talk to the front desk before you sign the registration forms.
