“Had a great time”
Our room was very clean when we arrived. My husband and I traveled with are two young children so you know we made some messes.Everyday the housekeeping staff would come in and make our beds with fresh linens even if we had left them in disarray. The housekeeper even went so far as to fold my pajamas that I left out on the bed. Whenever we needed something the hotel staff promptly attended to us. For example, my son locked his "prized" police hat in our room safe and I was hesitant to swipe my credit card to open it and they had maintenance up to our room in less than five minutes to open it. Everyone was always courteous and helpful. If I hadn't signed up for a timeshare while I was in Florida I would already be booking my return trip for next year. The location was great too. I have alreay recommended this hotel and expedia's website to all of my co-workers. Thanks for a great time.
“Pleasantly surprised”
After reading all of the reviews, I really didn't expect the hotel to be that great. All I wanted was someplace clean to sleep. After arriving, I was really surprised at how clean the room seemed. The sheets looked nice and fresh, the towels were clean, the floor seemed freshly vacuumed. The hotel did seem a little old and run down, but as long as it was clean and comfortable, I didn't mind. The breakfast was disappointing, but I didn't expect much after reading the reviews. It literally was bread, grape jelly, corn flakes and frosted flakes. But if you are really on a budget, it will do. I was also surprised that there was a microwave and mini fridge in the room, that was nice since we could buy some snacks and some more substantial breakfast stuff. Check-in and check-out were very simple and fast, and the desk clerks were nice. I can't say anything about the shuttle service because I always prefer to take my own car. All in all, it was a really nice place for the price that I paid, and I would recommend it to anyone.
“Quality hotel for a short trip to Disney”
The breakfast was pretty minimal. Other than that, the sheets were always changed and the room was very clean. We saw local birds in the parking lot and had a few laughs feeding them. It turned out to be a perfect vacation.
“Good location for Disny parks”
Cleane and convenient room,Good location for Disny parks and other parks,ther not enough tables for breakfast ,The breakfast were jelly, bread, butter and CornFlakes with sugar and non sugar versions at the lobby. This hotel is perfect for people that want to save money and eat good at different places everyday. The wireless signal was pretty good .The pool was heated and clean.
“The bed and pillows were wonderful!”
Everyone at the hotel was great and very helpful. It was my first time going to Disney World, and the Guest Services people were wonderful in helping me plan my days. Honestly, we were only at the hotel long enough to drop into bed at night and eat breakfast before hopping on the shuttle for another long day...but, the bed was very comfy.....

Just a few miles away from Disney Wolrd Parks, continental breakfast satisfactory, rooms confortable and clean, everything in good mainteinance. Easy location in one of the most important avenues close to the Disney Parks. Very recommendable if you don't want to expend a big amount of money during your stay at Kissimmee
