Disney's All-Star Sports Resort is one of four Value Resort Hotels offering Disney fun at family-friendly prices. Located at the Walt Disney World® Resort, this 1,920-room hotel is comprised of 10 buildings themed around various sports. Larger-than-life athletic icons—such as football helmets and basketball hoops—decorate the courtyards and public areas. The main pool, Surfboard Bay, offers a fun surfing motif while the Grandslam Pool has a baseball theme. There is also a children's wading pool and arcade on site, along with a gift shop, playground, and laundry facilities. A food court with five stations offers a variety of popular American fare in a casual atmosphere.
This resort is located one mile from Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park, one mile from Disney's Animal Kingdom® and three miles from Disney's Hollywood Studios™.
Disney's Magical Express: Guests of this resort are eligible for complimentary Disney's Magical Express service. Motor coaches pick up guests at Orlando International Airport and drop off at Walt Disney World® Resort Hotels. Disney staff members pick up bags and deliver them straight to guestrooms (for arrivals between 5 AM and 10 PM). Guests arriving outside of these hours should pick up their baggage at baggage claim to carry with them on the motor coach.
This hotel is nonsmoking except in designated outdoor areas.
Rooms
This Lake Buena Vista hotel features 1,920 guestrooms in 10 three-story buildings with exterior corridors. Decorated in a fanciful, all-star sports motif, the rooms have colorful images of sports stars on the bedspreads and bright, star-shaped lights above the beds.
Rooms offer high-speed Internet access (surcharge), tables and chairs, and in-room safes.
All guestrooms (including room patios and balconies) are nonsmoking.

End Zone Food Court - The resort's quick-service food court offers five separate stations serving a variety of American fare from pizza and salads to sandwiches, rotisserie-chicken dishes, and family dinner platters. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks are available every day in the sports-themed concession area.
Team Spirits - This bar serves snacks and refreshments next to one of the resort's pools.
In addition, pizza-delivery service is available to all guestrooms at the resort.
Recreation
Disney's All-Star Sports Resort has two heated outdoor pools on the property: Surfboard Bay, the main pool, and Grandslam Pool, which is located in a baseball diamond–themed area. There are also a children's pool, playground, and arcade on site.
Within a mile of the hotel is Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park. Walt Disney World® Resort contains a second water park, Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, as well as five 18-hole, tour-caliber golf courses and two miniature-golf courses. In addition, guests can enjoy recreational activities within the Walt Disney World® Resort, such as boat rentals at Downtown Disney® area, tennis at Disney's Contemporary Resort, and horseback riding at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground.

“Marathon weekend was a success!”
I stayed here most recently for the Marathon weekend at Disney and this hotel was perfect. The room was very clean, the staff at the front desk was very helpful and the shuttle service to the parks was very convenient. I especially loved the winter discounted price I got on the room. I would recommend this to anyone.
“Disney All Star Sports”
The Disney All Star Sports is a great hotel to stay at with the kids. The staff were all terrific! There is no refrigerator or microwave so that would be my only improvement opportunity I could point out. We kept our do not disturb sign up and the staff still left us a bag of fresh towels, soap and cups on our door - very thoughtful!

I have stayed at just about all the Disney properties. Other than not have a sit down place to eat (food court only), for the money, this is a great value on property..

“Disney Quality at a Value Price”
Although far from a luxury experience, this hotel is perfect for a family vacation with children. Upon check-in we found that we had been moved from the All Star Sports Resort to the All Star Movies property. Other than the theme decorations, I'm not sure any one is better than another.Having been moved, they upgraded us to a "preferred" room with a better view. Our room was on the third floor with a great view of the courtyard,which had HUGE statues of Buzz Lightyear and Andy from Toy Story. Our daughter was in awe. The room itself was a little on the small side, but it was really just a place to clean up and recharge before going back to the theme parks. A huge perk is the Disney Resort shuttle bus service. The convenience of having the bus shuttle you back and forth to the parks was invaluable. We never waited for more than 15 minutes coming or going. The staff was polite and helpful (just like everyone we came into contact at Disney), the food onsite at the cafeteria-style restaurant was quite good and the prices reasonable. Our stay coincided with the "World Cheerleading Championships", so the parks and hotels were packed with teens. Although the pool area was loud, and no one got to bed early, it was still a great stay and an incredible value to have stayed at a Disney property.

we had a wonderful time. the kids were running all over the place and as a parent we didn't get alert about that like other hotels like dolphin.

My son loves sports, so all star sports resort was my first pick. I was extremely excited to see his face when we got to the hotel. Just like I thought he was super excited. I'm glad that was my first choice,Overall the hotel was pretty cool. The service was okay. I was just a little mad about the phone charge of fifty dollars for two phone calls from my phone card that was less than a minute long.
