Property Amenities
Inspired by the casual elegance of early 20th-century seaside homes in the nation's mid-Atlantic region, Disney's Beach Club Villas offer a unique combination of nautical theming, resort facilities, and homey comfort. The focus here is on seaside activities and Stormalong Bay, the resort's three-acre water park set on Crescent Lake, abounds with watery fun, including multiple water slides, seven spa tubs, a children's pool, and three quiet pools.
Supervised children's activities are offered through the Sandcastle Club (surcharge), and a playground, game room, and nightly bedtime stories are additional kid-friendly amenities. Adults can work out at Ship Shape Health Club, which also offers massages and facials. Pontoon boats, canopy boats, and Mercury WaterMouse boats can be rented at the resort's private marina.
Dining is available on site, and Goofy hosts a daily breakfast bash at the Cape May Café. Parking is complimentary. In addition, the resort offers complimentary scheduled transportation (via ferry or motorcoach) throughout Walt Disney World® Resort, including all four theme parks, both water parks, and the Downtown Disney® area.
Disney's Magical Express: Guests of this resort are eligible for complimentary Disney's Magical Express service. Motor coaches pick up guests at Orlando International Airport and drop off at Walt Disney World® Resort Hotels. Disney staff members pick up bags and deliver them straight to guestrooms (for arrivals between 5 AM and 10 PM). Guests arriving outside of these hours should pick up their baggage at baggage claim to carry with them on the motor coach.
This hotel is nonsmoking except in designated outdoor areas.
Rooms
This Lake Buena Vista resort's accommodations include studios along with one- and two-bedroom villas. Room decor is casually elegant, with intricate wooden accents and color schemes of soft salmon and blue. Both villas and studios include furnished, step-out balconies or patios with various resort views, and kitchen facilities (studios have kitchenettes, while villas have full kitchens). Villas also include spa tubs, DVD players, and multiple TVs.
Additional amenities in all room types include ceiling fans, bathrobes, and TVs with Disney-specific cable channels.
All guestrooms (including room patios and balconies) are nonsmoking.

Disney's Beach Club Villas is connected via covered walkways to Disney's Beach Club Resort, where the below dining options are offered.
Cape May Café - Mornings are fun as Goofy and his guests enjoy daily Goofy's Beach Club Bash breakfasts. At night, dining options include chicken, ribs, clams, and seafood. (Lunch is not served.)
Beaches and Cream Soda Shop - Bright, lively colors and a playful atmosphere are served here in addition to burgers, sandwiches, and old-fashioned ice-cream treats. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Martha's Vineyard - The Vineyard is a relaxing gathering place for cocktails and specialty drinks, and offers a wide selection of wines along with several menu selections from Cape May Café.
Hurricane Hanna's Grill - This casual poolside stop serves sandwiches, burgers, snacks, and drinks.
Recreation
Disney's Beach Club Villas shares its three-acre water park and pool area with its companion property, Disney's Beach Club Resort. Stormalong Bay, which is located on the 25-acre Crescent Lake, contains giant water slides, freeform splash pools, a children's pool, seven spa tubs, three quiet pools, and a white sandy beach. Pontoon boats, canopy boats, and Mercury WaterMouse boats are available for rent at the resort marina. The resort also has a game room, playground, and Sandcastle Club, which provides daily supervised activities for youngsters (surcharge). Fitness equipment, a steam room, and a sauna can be found at the Ship Shape Health Club; massages and facials are also available (surcharge for both). Other recreational options include catch-and-release fishing, tennis, and volleyball. Guests can jog or walk along a one-mile jogging trail that circles the lake.
Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park and the 36-hole Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf Course are both one mile from the resort via complimentary transportation. The resort's guest services can assist with reservations at any one of Disney's five tour-caliber golf courses, all located on Walt Disney World® Resort property. A nine-hole walking course is also available.

“Where dreams do come true !”
This hotel is great. It's located next to Epcot and you can find free transport to all the disney parks. It's beautiful and good for both kids ans adults.

The Beach Club Villas were wonderful! Would recommend to anyone! Friendliest staff, clean rooms, nice and quaint and SO close to Epcot! When we come back to Disney we will for sure stay here again!

disney is not inexpensive, but they deliver a great, easy, quality vacation for the whole family no matter what your circumstances. and everyone is truly pleasant and makes things so easy...

“Fun family hotel”
This hotel is great for families. The rooms are nice but the amenities are the best feature. The pool is wonderful and the decor of the hotel is great. The service is typical Disney service-very friendly and accomodating. It's within walking distance to Epcot and a short boat trip to MGM Studies. The other parks can be acessed by bus. I would stay here again.
“Great Pools, Great Location, Spotty Service”
The Disney Beach Resort Hotel has one great thing going for it...it's pools. It's a varitable playground of aquatic fun - it even bested Blizzard Beach in my son's eyes. However, I was suprised at the spotty customer service. You expect a Disney property to deliver nothing but top-notch service with smile - always. Although we encountered some of that famous Disney hospitality, we encountered sub-standard service more frequently. For example, there was a distinct lack of smiles from our server at Beaches and Cream (on-site ice cream shop) and the Marketplace (on-site store) employess (with a few exceptions) and when the on-site restaurant was booked, the hostess offered little help or direction as to where we could turn for alternatives when turning us away. Overall the resort is nice, but based on the expectation that Disney sets don't expect to much service-wise.
“Hotel Quick Stay”
Great picturesque exterior. FANTASTIC POOL! Only problem was our room wasn't cleaned good. Reeses peanut butter cup wrappers on the floor in numerous spots! And kids socks right in front of the tv when we opened the cabinet. Other than that, outside of the room things were great.
