Guests must contact the property at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive information regarding access codes, unit assignments, and lockbox instructions. Guests should use contact information in the confirmation received after booking via this website. Bookings are subject to a $500 credit card hold or $50 property protection fee (waiver for up to $500 in accidental damage) due prior to arrival. One adult over 21 must be listed on the reservation and occupy the rental. Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival receive full refund of any prepayment minus first night's rent plus protection fee. Cancellations received less than 30 days but more than 14 days prior to arrival receive 50% of any prepayment, minus first night's rental plus protection fee. No refunds for cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival. TVs, DVD players, barbecues, and cribs must be requested in advance (fees).
