“Great Honeymoon but Cold!!”
We had a great time on our honeymoon. The fron desk attendant also changed the location of our room to a better view. I just wish we hadn't brought the cold weather with us! Everything was great!
“Grea t Hotel”
Have to see it to believe it, its biiiiiiiiiiiiiig!!
“ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS”
WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE. THE HOTEL IS SUPERB. EXTREMELY CLEAN, PERFECT FAMILY ENVIRONMENT. THIS PLACE IS ONE OF THOSE PLACES YOU DO NOT NEED TO GET OUT TO DO ANYTHING AT ALL. HOWEVER, IF YOU DO DECIDE TO GET OUT EVERYTHING IS WITHIN A COUPLE OF BLOCKS OF THE HOTEL. THE LUSH LANDSCAPING MAKES YOU FEEL YOU ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE WILDERNESS, YET WITH AIR CONDITIONING. GREAT CONCEPT, EXTREMELY SATISFIED AND CANNOT WAIT TO GO BACK.
“Florida's exciting Hotel”
Nice clean beautifl
“Best Place for Families”
Awesome place to stay with your family; you don't ever have to leave!!
“Great say!”
We were visiting from Canada and really enjoyed our stay at the Gaylord Palms. Beautiful atrium, great layout, awesome!
“Best deal I've ever lucked into!”
This hotel is spectacular. It couldn't be more convenient to Disney without actually being in the park. I wish I had had more time to walk around (although I did walk around a lot - getting lost - it's that big) and enjoy the amenities a bit more. It's like a little city unto itself.
“well taken care of”
impressed with wait staff and room staff, cleanliness was great, spa was gorgeous, upgraded room for no charge
“Outstanding Customer Service”
I surprised my husband with a trip to Disney World. It started out with our airline losing our luggage. The airline couldn't have cared less. I told the front desk to please call us if the airline delivered our luggage. I told her we couldn't leave the hotel to start our vacation until we had clean clothes. The Women was extremely apologetic and excused herself for a moment. When she came back she told us the hotel was sending a town car around front for us and they would take us to Walmart. She gave us toiletries and told us to go have fun. The customer service we received was exceptional. My husband and I couldn't believe that they were going out of there way to improve our vacation. I highly recommend this hotel it is exquisite and the customer service was outstanding.
“Absolutely Beautiful and Relaxing”
We totally enjoyed our stay at the Gaylord Palms Hotel. Our king atrium room was very clean and beautiful and the view from our balcony was just stunning and very relaxing. Just to step out on the balcony and smell the flowers and plants and listen to the waterfalls, was very calming. The paths through the atrium were great for taking a walk through. Lots of great spots for taking pictures. The crocs in the atrium were a nice touch. The pools were just beautiful as was the rest of the hotel. Great restaurants, although a bit pricey. Do treat yourselves at the Old Hickory Steakhouse in the Everglades area of the atrium. Very pricey, but absolutely delicious, well worth the price. We absolutely made the right choice in staying there. We were very saddened to have to leave. Everything was top notch. Would highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay again if we travel to Kissimmee in the future.
