Room was cancelled but never called me or emailed me to inform us the debit card was declined. We stayed there before so our info is on file.

Very good hotel, super clean!! My only observation is with the breakfast schedule of operation. They will close the buffet doors with no mercy at 8:59.59. Am. I see kids and seniors begging for a piece of bread or a glass of juice just 3-5 minutes pass the 9am…. You guys are better than that …. Lets fix ii, lets make it right.
there was very little shampoo and body soap. the bottles were almost empty. no restaurant to have a sandwich or light meal

I’m sorry to hear that the quality of our room amenities did not meet the standards we have come to be known for, but as we continue to work on improving the levels of the products and service quality in our hotel we hope to eventually exceed your expectations.
Not good. The room did not have warm/hot warm to shower and toilet did not work. Notified the front desk representative immediately after entering room. I was told maintenance was contacted and they didn’t have another room available. This issue continued through the next day and I had to call three times to inquiry when was maintenance, No follow up/feedback was provide from staff. Poor customer service. We had an event to attend and had to take a cold shower because at 11:00 am the next day still no warm water or toilet to use. This is unavoidable for the price you charge for a room. Please do better and provide better customer service.

This Hampton did not disappoint. Great place, great location, and helpful staff. I enjoyed the stay and have zero complaints other than wishing I could've checked in earlier than 3 p.m. I will definitely stay at this location again. Clean, quiet, and comfortable.
