The staff was excellent, place was spotless and location fantastic. However, we were a bit taken back by the $25 a day parking fee, despite it saying "free parking" online. And the breakfast wasn't free. That said, we got it for a great price, but it seemed like they were trying to nickel and dime us with hidden fees. We would stay again, but beware of hidden up charges!

The room was spacious, the staff friendly, and the bed comfortable. However: the hot tub wasn't working, the bathroom setup made no sense (no tub, a slanted bench, and a shower that didn't want to warm up), and I didn't appreciate being charged almost $30 for parking in a normal, non-gated lot. It was fine, but I can't go more than 3 stars.

Horrible experience. The room was filthy. There was no curtains. We called and spoke to the front desk whom seemed to not care. No replacement or new room was provided nor new room was given. Yet the hotel was motivated to trace license plates to get their $25 a night parking. Horrible booking. Scam

They overbooked the hotel. I spent hours on the phone before check in where they lied to me about not having running water and then being put on hold until while they “resolved” the problem. I hung up because it was over an hour. My last call before leaving for the trip I was told the issue was resolved. When I arrived, I was told I was rebooked at a hotel 15 miles away at the airport and I would have to stay there for the first night. I was given free parking and free breakfasts as compensation for this issue. That’s good, but they should have never lied to me or kept me on hold without answering, I expect a lot more than this from Hilton.

The staff was great. The only complaint was maintenance issues. The shower knob was loose and about to fall off. The cabinet door hiding the small refrigerator needed some attention too. Otherwise, great!

The property was pretty clean except the lobby bathrooms were not in good condition, very dirty. The property does not offer room service or food to bring up to your room you can only eat at the bar, other option would be to order from an outside restaurant.

The room was very up to date. The king-sized bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! I would recommend this to my friends and stay here again. This was also a very centralized locations for all Disney parks. That was the deciding factor that made our decision on where to stay.

Very nice no frills hotel. Close enough to Disney parks and plenty of food options nearby. Place is either new or updated. Room was nice. Beds squeaked loudly but were very comfortable. No conditioner in shower or way to fill the tub. Valve switch was missing from tub faucet.

Room 412. You get more water pressure out of a squirt gun. Also, the shower water was just warm. My TV did not work on Friday. A kid came up and looked at it and said the monitor was broke. He said they would replace it on Saturday. As of the time I left on Sunday, it wasn’t fixed.

This was, by far, one of the best hotel experiences EVER! Everything about this hotel surpassed our expectations. The staff were all SUPERB, everything was so CLEAN, the rooms were exceptionally . The grounds were very well kept, it was conveniently located and the prices were fair. I have travelled around the States and the world for over 40 years and I have to say that this hotel is in my alltime TOP 5!

They advertise that they shuttle to & from the parks. The property is great however the shuttle they have to parks leaves late to go to the parks & comes home too early from the parks. In the hotel description it sounds like its running a few times a day & it does not. We found this out at check in & had to Uber everyday, adding more cost to our trip.

The fees were high. Parking was 25$ a night and breakfast was 15$ a person. I’m glad we had only booked for two nights. I was probably warned when booking but missed it.
