The hotel stay was fine. There was a little bit of constuction drilling that woke me up one day. I didn't like the scammers operation out of the hotel selling timeshare. They offered me $110 to watch a 90 minute presentation that actually lasted 4 hours and then i was told I didn't qualify for the money.

The apartment complex behind the bldg. You feel as if you are leaving your car behind to get kidnapped. The Inside are was really clean! Exterior not so much!!!

My family and I enjoy our stay at the hotel. It is definitely family friendly. I really love how Applebee's was on property so I did not have to go far to dine. The hotel was not far from Disney World which was the main purpose of the trip.

Staff was friendly room was comfortable. Nice pool and tiki bar area, restaurant in the hotel stays open till 12am or some days 1am which came in handy. Overall good value.

Horrible customer service. Forgot prescribed eyeglasses at the hotel, called right after left and many times to have someone to check it. No one was able to give me any information, they kept asking me to call later. After so many calls they claim they can not check the lost and founds for me. Room’s AC is very loud, to be able to sleep I needed to turn it off and the room gets muggy.

I understand there's certain concessions you need to make when staying at a discount hotel but here's the list of issues we had: - There was blood on the duvet cover that we didn't see until we were getting back to our room the first night at 11PM. We were able to get this remediated, - But no one was answering any of the numbers for the front desk: the front desk, the manager, and housekeeping buttons on the phone all went unanswered for several minutes, so I had to track down a security guard to get a new one. - In addition to no one answering the phone, the cord was torn almost all the way out it, so we had to hold it in to call anyone. I was asked the next day via text how check-in went and this concern wasn't addressed. I appreciate that the duvet cover was eventually replaced, but I don't want to have to be the one following up on my concerns via text while I'm trying to have a fun day at the Animal Kingdom. - You couldn't turn the hot water up anywhere past lukewarm without a loud banging occurring in the pipes. - The ice machine didn't have any ice. There's additionally no water fountains that we could find. - When visiting the pool at 9PM, 2 hours before it closed, there were no clean towels in any of the 4-5 stations that we could find. - The elevator shakes/sticks at the sixth floor. To get out, you must press the floor button repeatedly. I deeply regret choosing this location, and was there another option, we would have left.
