A two-story indoor waterfall is the focal point at Cascades, the signature restaurant of the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress. Hemingway's, high atop an outdoor grotto, specializes in seafood. Recreation options include tennis, golf, swimming, a fitness center, a marina, boating, and a white-sand beach. The hotel provides a concierge desk.
Camp Hyatt (surcharge), for children 5 to 12, provides supervised activities including scavenger hunts and crafts. The 18-story Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress offers air-conditioned guestrooms with walk-out balconies. The newly renovated Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress' 815 guestrooms feature Hyatt's signature Grand Bed™ and an extra seating area and work station with a either a chaise lounge or couch, ottoman, and laptop stand. A Chinese-marble and walnut-wood desk can swivel for additional workspace or in-room dining. Additionally, guestrooms include a flat-panel TV, an in-room safe that accommodates laptops, cool box, coffeemaker, and a one-touch bedside switch to control lighting. Bathroom amenities include a Toto® rain shower, magnified vanity mirror and large, optimally-lit wall mirror.
Complimentary high-speed wired/wireless Internet access are available, as well as pay movies.

Cascade Restaurant - A 35-foot bronze mermaid sculpture with waterfall is the focal point in Cascade's two-story lobby overlooking Lake Windsong. Menu includes soups, salads, seafood, steak, and chicken. Open for breakfast and lunch.
White Horse Sports Bar & Grill - Sports bar and grill. Nonstop sports on flat-screen TVs. House favorites include steaks, lamb chops, and seafood. Extensive wine menu, beer, and cocktails. Dinner only.
Hemingway's - Set high atop the grotto overlooking the outdoor pool, this Key West–style restaurant specializes in fresh seafood. Dinner only.
Palm Café - Casual restaurant serving ready-made sandwiches, salads, pastries, and light fare. Open early morning to late evening.
La Coquina - Guests enjoy an intimate dining experience inside the chef's kitchen, watching as the chefs prepare their culinary specialties. Dinner only, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. Sunday brunch.
Trellises - Tropical-themed lobby lounge. Starbucks coffee served mornings. Cocktails, wine, and beer later in the day. Open early to late morning and late afternoon to late evening.
On the Rocks - Poolside bar tucked away under the grotto. Cocktails, beer, wine, soft drinks, salads, and sandwiches. Open late morning to dusk.
Recreation
Swimming and boating: The resort's centerpiece is a half-acre freeform pool with 12 waterfalls, two waterslides, a children's pool, three spa tubs, and an expansive sundeck overlooking the white-sand beach and Lake Windsong. Sailboats, paddleboats, and canoes are available for rent.
Golf: Four Jack Nicklaus Signature Design courses include an 18-hole layout and three nine-hole challenges. A golf shop has a full line of equipment, and PGA-level instruction is available at the Grand Cypress Golf Academy. The whole family can enjoy play on the nine-hole, par 3 pitch ‘n putt course. Tees, scorecards, and use of clubs and golf balls are complimentary.
Tennis: The Grand Cypress Racquet Club has eight Har-Tru and four Deco Turf II tennis courts, five lit for night play. Instruction is available at the Tennis Academy.
Walking, jogging, bicycling: Options include three jogging and walking paths stretching from 1.3 to 4.7 miles, an Audubon Walk with a mile-long boardwalk past exotic plants and Florida wildlife, and nine miles of Cypress trails. The resort rents bicycles.
Fitness center: The fitness center contains stationary bikes, treadmills, and strength-training equipment.

“Great hotel”
Hotel was very clean, no complaints. Very nice pool area & a lot of activities to do.
“Orlando's Finest”
Simply put, the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress lived up to all expectations! The staff was very professional and courteous. The hotel and facilities were perfectly neat and clean. The room was quiet and comfortable. The pool area is incredible! My family could have easily stayed another 2-3 days just to swim and golf (pitch and putt)and ride bikes! One of the nicest things was that the pool was always open, so you could take a swim after getting back from the parks. We had a great time!!
“Fantastic Hotel , Perfect Location”
Very clean and impressive Hotel, From the moment you arrive you are taken care of with champagne on arrival,luggage taken care of and taken to your room. Hotel has lots to do and you don't need to leave the hotel grounds. Buses laid on to all park's most are free. Rooms very clean and kept clean. All resturants serve fantastic meals and very resonably priced. We will be going back and would recommend this Hotel.
“Excellent Hotel”
Staying at the Hyatt was an excellent experience. We stayed for our honeymoon and were treated very well (including complementary champagne). The service was first rate, the rooms were clean and in good condition (the colors could be updated). Our only complaint was related to an obnoxious group of Red Lobster convention patrons that took over the hotel for a few days. Otherwise I would highly recommend this hotel

The staff was courteous and eager to help.Hotel was beatifully landscaped,Lobby,Dining rooms and Guest rooms very clean and nicely decorated. The pool was very clean, kids had alot of fun in cave areas.During my stay construction was underway but didn't interfere. Food very expensive but quite good.Took hotel shuttle to end of property for a short walk to other good restaurants.I was dissapointed with the limited bussing to parks.Management was very accomodating.
“great place to relax”
we stayed 7nights (couple and 2 under 10 children). Great hotel facilities (inside even the lift was fun for the children (18 floors)and outside (pool, beach, bikes, boats etc)are sufficient to keep busy for days
“Great location”
This hotel is only 15 min drive to Seaworld and 15 min drive to any disney park. Food is bit expensive
“Great Vacation”
The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. The drinks were expensive $9-16 at the bars. Go to Downtown Disney or City Walk to party.
