The four-diamond Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate is located just 7 miles from Walt Disney World® Resort, within 20 minutes from Universal Orlando Resort, SeaWorld, and is a preferred bed and brick hotel to the new LEGOLAND Florida theme park. Surrounded by 36 holes of Greg Norman designed golf, the resort is also home to the David Leadbetter Golf Academy World Headquarters. This Omni Resort is best known for it’s recreational offerings highlighted by three pools: an 850-foot “lazy river” that meanders past lush foliage, a zero-entry splash pool with waterslide and nearby water playground, and a formal lap pool surrounded by eight private cabanas, available for daily rental. Cabanas are equipped with ceiling fans, two luxurious cushioned lounges, TV, wireless internet, refrigerator stocked with beverages and a supply of plush towels and bathrobes.Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate is home to two 18-hole Greg Norman-designed championship golf courses featuring the National Course, winding through citrus groves and stands of pines; and the International Course, with its links design, reminiscent of the great courses of the British Isles. ChampionsGate is also home to the David Leadbetter Golf Academy World Headquarters, where some of the top tour professionals hone their game. Elite professional golf instructors offer private and group lessons at their world class facility. “It was a great experience!!!!!!”
We were there for a week and we had a wondeful time, great pools, great location (close to all attrations), beautiful golf course, and we are planning to go back....

“I should have listened”
i heard that the Omni CG was all that one only needed, we would have been content to just stay at the hotel lazy river pool all day instead of going to the theme parks. Also the Food at Davids was Awesome, all staff we encoutnered were extremely professional and helpful, if i come back i will call my stay at the Omni my vacation.

Both me and my family were very impressed with the Omni. Our only complaint is that we did not get to spend more time at the hotel. We are trying to now plan a trip to Orlando Omni Resort just to relax and enjoy all it had to offer.

“Unbelievable pool complex in an adult business setting”
The Omni Championsgate exceeded our expectations in every way. The property is easy to find, close enough to theme parks, but far enough away from the crowds that you felt very removed from the traffic and mess of theme park world. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodated our every need. The pool complex wasn't crowded, was very clean, and had heated water with lush vegetation surrounding a lazy river. It has a slide for older kids, volleyball court, lit tennis courts, and great music. It also contains a separate formal pool for guests without children and a nice pool menu. The room was clean and spacious for a 2 double bed room with a view of the golf course. We stayed at the Omni in mid-October 2011. We will return for sure and would recommend this hotel for families with older children and the business traveler.

I felt as if I was on the islands some where or even on a cruise. The pool activities for the kids was great. My spouse and I went by ourselves. but it was great to see to recommend to my friends and family with children.

I was there for a golf tournyment and had an absolute blast. My wife enjoyed the pool area with the fabalous croc bar. overall it was very clean, quite and and a great stay.
“Wonderful, family friendly hotel with full-on amenities close to Disney”
This is a wonderful, wonderful hotel - I've been now for two separate vacations. It is very close to Disney, but feels a world away from "all of it". The pools are amazing - just overall a treat to be there. The only thing that is rough are the beds. The beds are very hard and sleep was uncomfortable. All else is great!
