“Best deal for hotel and close to attractions.”
This hotel was wonderful. It was a great price compared to the other hotels in the Orlando area. The rooms included a living room, kitchen,bedroom,bathroom and a washer and dryer. I had read about the vacant building next door on these reviews, so was not surprised to see it next door. It didn't matter - we were pleased with the room. Very modern rooms, not very fancy, but for the price, you absolutely could not beat it. The owners were exceptionally nice, even greeting us at 2am after our flight had been delayed. Our luggage had been lost and the owners gave us toothbrushes, hairdryers and other essentials. The room was very quiet and no disturbances at all. Only 10 minutes from all the attractions, 20 minutes from the airport. I would highly recommend it!
“Birthday Vacation!”
My boyfriend and I went to Orlando for my birthday. We stayed for a week. At first i was kinda funny about staying here because I read the reviews. But overall i was surprised with it. the room was gorgeous. the only thing i had issues with was the car rentals but other then that i would def recommend this place.
“Will be back”
Very surpised the pictures matched the actual place, very clean and updated interiors, property in front of the hotel was terrible looking. Everything was great and they provided anything additonal we asked for. Did not get to use the pool, we were too busy and it was bit cold outside. Very comfy bed. Just one thing, they need wireless internet service. We will be back soon.

Had to comment. Firstly, there is a sign telling you where it is, it's on the right hand side of the road. Yes, there is an old hotel next to it that may make you worry at first but the actual place is fine and I liked that is wasn't on the side of the road with constant traffic all night.The one thing I hate the most is the constant knocking at 10am, you know the one...'Room Service'. That's right, you don't have a maid come everyday, you have a washing machine and a dryer so if you need more towels wash them! What's the big deal? Lazy much? As for the beds. Another 'come on'... I like firm beds so not a problem. Bathroom, Great. Pool nice TV had a problem & was exchanged straight away. Chanels were fine, windows were fine, doors locked, guest were normal, I felt safe. I made ice in the freezer and loved the fact that I had a key and not a card. If you want to feel like you're on holiday getting fresh towels every morning & having your bed made then no, don't stay here. I loved the privacy. I felt like I was at home and felt very comfortable. THEY NEED WIFI IN THE ROOMS, but do have computers you can use in the office. There are vending machines and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. There is a bus route which is cheap and easy to use and takes you up the 192 & with 1 transfer you can get to the Florida Mall and MCO. I went grocery shopping & returned the car early which saved loads on not eating out . Went in Nov going back in June with friends

My suite is like a little apartment, very nice. Kitchen with everything for make any kind of foot!, excellent refri, excellent laundry machines. All theme parks are 15 minutes, outlet very close too. Old location in under construction, but in night when your really need silens neigborhood, this is the best place!

“Great for what you pay”
For the price you pay, this is a great place to stay to see all the Disney attractions. Shuttles run at convenient times, and although they were sometimes filled the driver called in another bus to get us there in a reasonable amount of time (no charge for the shuttles). If you plan to spend most of your time at the parks, and aren't looking for a fancy hotel stay, I highly recommend this hotel.
“It's an older motel, but it was clean and inexpensive”
Was only there two nights and for the money, it couldn't be beat. My room was very clean and the staff was pleasant. Highly recommend if you can't afford a Disney property.
“Will continue to use this facility when in the Kissimmee area”
I stay at this facility about 5 to 6 times a year as it is only 1 mile from the WDW entrance and is inexpensive !! My length of stay, per visit, is generally 4 or 5 days
“Good Place to Sleep - Great People to Meet”
I read the other reviews and chose this hotel anyway. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a very friendly hotel staff and found my room to be plentiful. The television is an excellent size and the other reviewers' talk of a moldy smell was not true. The hotel bar, although quiet, is reasonably priced and has an amazing weekend bartender. Both pools were nice and clean. I would definately return to this hotel and encourage others to stay here as well. The price is very affordable and there is plenty to do on this strip of 192.
