SIPS Pool Bar - This pool bar, open seasonally, specializes in tropical drinks and serves snack foods and light fare.

“Excellent Choice of Hotel”
We had a wonderful stay in a very nice tower room. The staff was very friendly and helpful - we locked ourselves out of our safe and help came immediately to fix the problem. The beds were very comfortable and we got a good's night sleep for the term of our stay. The water pressure was the best for the shower and also for the jacuzzi. Room service food was excellent - they even made us food that was not listed on the room service menu!! You must try the calamari! The shuttle service to the parks was always on time and the location was perfect. Can't say enough good things about The Royal Plaza at Downtown Disney!

“Great Disney Deal!”
We have stayed at the Royal Plaza several times and it remains a great deal for visiting the Disney Parks. The people at guest check-in could not have been more helpful in resolving a mistake I made on a prepaid reservation. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. We ate a couple of meals in the restaurant and the food was very good. This is definitely our go-to place when traveling to Disney or Universal.
“Well worth the money”
Our room was in the tower, where we got a free upgrade. Large, clean, well appointed room. Large bathroom with jacuzzi tub. Loved the vintage feel to this hotel. We checked in early at no extra charge. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. We ate dinner and breakfast in the Giraffe Cafe and it was very good and reasonable. We used a coupon found in the room in a brochure for a free dinner.The Disney transportation was convenient going to The Magic Kingdom but coming back had to go to the Animal Park for pick up on the way back and it was a lot longer. Later we took a taxi back but it cost us over $21. All in all, we very much liked the hotel and would return.

NicE place
“Good hotel older but clean and well kept bathroom was amazing would stay again”
Only stayed for one night so I cannot coment about housekeeping follow up, but the room was very clean and everything worked beds where comfortable, I travelled with two teenagers and there where still enough towels! The bath in our tower room was huge and marvelous after the parks, We didn't try the pool ( we are Floridians and it was November ) The only negative thing- valet parking slow disorganized even in the middle of the day- don't bother. I was charged twice but the front desk corrected it as soon as I found the mistake, which is all I ask. Paying for parking in hotels by the parks is now pretty much the norm, to the point I am surprised when it doesn't happen. We ate lunch in the coffee bar, good food reasonable prices, very pleasant staff. Room service was good efficient and not overpriced. Front desk where helpful and pleasant and appologetic for the mistake with parking. Location very good Downtown Disney a 15 min stroll a 5 min fast walk (it started to rain) Transportation to the parks is by bus which was regular or you could walk to downtown disney and get a disney bus. Over all I would stay again and I would give this hotel a 4.5 the extra point five is for the bathroom,

I strongly recommend this hotel, especially for families! The staff is wonderful and very helpful! The room was larger than expected, two queen beds and a sofa bed. Easy access to all amenities. Very nice pool area and great hours if you desire a late night swim after busy days in the park. The Giraffe Cafe was awesome! Food was delicious, never crowded, excellent service, early and late hours and great prices and selections for kids! One of the best meals we had at Disney considering my 2 year old was terrified of all of the special effects of many of the parks. Will stay here again! They also offer a shuttle service and are located very close to Downtown Disney!
“Nice Hotel”
Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel was recently renovated. The rooms are decorated very nicely in greens and gold. Rooms are a good size. Bathroom is very large with a roman tub. Some of the views overlook Downtown Disney.
“Highy recommend when going to anything Disney”
I parked my car on arrival and didn't need to use it until I checked out. Bus to all facilities is right outside the entrance. Specials for Disney available at check in. Awesome breakfast buffet.
