“Great Conference and Room”
I came to this hotel for a conference. Often conferences are held at less than perfect hotels, as they are less expensive. This hotel was excellent both for the rooms and for the conference center. There were supportive staff everywhere. When there was a technical issue, or the need for setting up and taking down rooms, the staff did an amazing job. The hotel rooms were very clean and nicely appointed. The restaurant food and staff were both above average. I would eat in this restaurant even if I were not staying in the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will be coming back again.

It was so nice to be able to take the children downstairs to eat and walk around the mall. The staff was friendly and the hotel was VERY clean. I would recommend to anyone. Loved it!!

“Our Orlando home”
We love this hotel and stay every time we come to Orlando. The restaurant has been changed, they added a new one, the old crickets is now a bar/lounge. There was some renovations going on during out stay, replacing the lobby floor and re doing the main driveway entrance from blacktop to concrete pavers. We left before all was completed but saw some areas completed and it only is going to increase this hotels charm.

Pros Very good staff, awesome service. In a mall so another evening hang out for free. 10 min from Universal, 20 min from Disney. In room fridge. Very good A/C, heating. Nice big size room with big windows Some public transportation < bus > near the hotel Cons A little mildew on the shower wall. No balcony Towels can be better quality. Shower pressure is not great.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Very convenient for shopping. Would definately recommend it and will stay there again
“Great location, clean and friendly!”
The Florida Hotel's location is perfect. Lots of good restuarants and shopping in the immediate vicinity. The attached Florida Mall has everything you may need - good restuarants, a variety of different foods in the Food Court, a CVS Pharmacy that carries wine, beer, grocery items, a drop in salon, etc. The hotel has very easy access to different highways and 10 minutes from the airport. I loved the hotel's exercise room and heated pool and hot tub. Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. This was my second visit (I stayed 5 days each time) and I was again very satisfied.

“Perfect Location”
The location in Orlando can't be beat! Service was refreshingly attentive. Being attached to the Mall and located within easy connection to all crossroads and Interstates makes this property hard to pass by.It's nice to know that some hotels still put customer service above all else.
“Very nice hotel”
The hotel is very nice. The staff is friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. My only problem came when we stayed too late at the mall restaurant and had trouble getting back to the hotel (a big gate closes the mall entrance).
