Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa is conveniently located within 2 miles of Universal Studios and SeaWorld Adventure Park, only 4 miles to Walt Disney World® Resort including the Downtown Disney® and Marketplace area, and just 1 mile to world-famous International Drive and Orange County Convention Center.
The 130-acre lakefront resort features a marina with small electric boats and kayaks, 7 outdoor pools and spa tubs, full service health spa & fitness center, several dining options and bars, daily scheduled activities and Activities Center for all ages, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, miniature golf, playgrounds, horseshoes and shuffleboard. An internal tram service or bike rentals allows guests to explore the resort amenities more easily.
Resort offers a 24-hour business center with computers and Wi-Fi (some surcharges may apply). Meeting and ballroom facilities up to 31,945-square-feet total space offers lakeview ballrooms, boardrooms, open air verandas, and private pool deck with hospitality suite and tiki bar. Full service catering, meeting space personnel, audio-visual and teleconference equipment available. Resort specializes in weddings, reunions, conferences and social events.
Other amenities include DVD rental kiosks, arcade game room, concierge desk and local attractions ticket purchase and assistance, 24-hour security and front desk, free parking, and much more.
Complimentary scheduled transportation to Walt Disney World®, Universal Orlando and Prime Outlets Orlando. Schedules and pick-up locations can be obtained at the front desk.

Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa offers 1,990 guest villa accommodations ranging from Studios to 3-Bedroom villas that sleep up to 12 people.
All of our non-smoking villas include climate controlled air conditioning and heating, sleeper sofa, in-room safe, alarm clock radio, iron & ironing board, phone with voice mail, DVD player and color television with satellite service and Wi-Fi internet (fees may apply)
Most include separate sitting and dining areas, full kitchen or kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster, along with cookware, dishes, and utensils, washer/dryer, furnished balcony or patio, bedding with down comforters, jetted or whirlpool tubs, and ceiling fans.
Pets are welcome in most villa room types (restrictions and deposits may apply).

Westgate Smokehouse Grill - Enjoy a relaxed, moderately priced, casual dining experience at the award-winning Westgate Smokehouse Grill, “home of Orlando’s best BBQ,” which rivals the best barbecue and steak restaurants in Florida. Restaurant offers scenic lake, pool and fountain views, a full-service bar, and game room. The 7,000-square-foot restaurant features “contemporary rustic” décor and includes 42-inch plasma screen televisions positioned throughout to display continuous sporting events. Westgate Smokehouse Grill is famous for its St. Louis-style ribs, which are rubbed with spices and smoked low and slow over hickory for four hours. The menu also boasts “cowboy size” servings of hand-cut grilled steaks, chicken, chops, fresh fish, flame-grilled burgers and numerous BBQ items, slow smoked for 16 hours. Barbecue sauces include a Jack Daniels sauce, Carolina Sauce and Smokehouse Hot Sauce. Diners can select from appetizers, salads, sandwiches and dinner entrees served in heaping portions of good old down-home comfort foods and tasty homemade desserts. Open daily for breakfast and dinner. A convenient take-out and resort delivery service that features all of the menu items is available. Children’s menu available. All major credit cards are accepted.
Pizza Hut Express - Fresh, hot and delicious Pizza Hut Express pizza, which is available for pick-up or delivery the guest villas or even poolside! Pizza Hut Express also features family-style Tuscani pastas, sides and beverages.
Sid’s Deli - features subs, grilled sandwiches, salads, snacks, a bakery and an espresso bar. Reminiscent of a classic European café, Sid’s Deli is the perfect spot for a quick bite to eat on the go. It is located in the lobby of the Pavilion Building. Open daily from 7am - 5pm.
The Marketplace - offers guests the onsite convenience of purchasing groceries, beer, wine, gifts and sundries. Marketplace hours are 7 AM to 10 PM on weekdays and 7 AM to 11 PM on weekends.
Recreation
The resort includes full service health spa and fitness center, 2 tennis courts, 2 sand volleyball courts, jogging/walking paths, a basketball court, miniature golf, marina with kayaks and electric powered boats, 7 outdoor pools and spa tubs, playgrounds, and daily activities and Activities Center for all ages. Rentals include electric powered boats, canoes, and kayaks for the lake and adult's, children's, and surrey bicycles. Water aerobics classes are held daily in one of the pools. Other recreational activities listed below are available near the resort; fees may apply.
Spa
The 10,000-square-foot Serenity Spa by Westgate provides the ultimate escape from the stresses of everyday life. Relax, rejuvenate and renew with services such as massages, body treatments, hydrotherapy, facials, and yoga classes. The spa includes separate men's and women's lounges with saunas, steam rooms, and spa tubs. Fitness center offers personal training sessions (surcharges apply). The spa features 6 massage rooms, 3 facial rooms and 1 body polish/body wrap room.
The world-class Serenity Spa by Westgate boasts a full menu of rejuvenating spa treatments such as Hypno Massage and Relaxation Skin Care Therapy for Men and Signature Facial for Women, in addition to its salon services like Airbrush Tanning. Body wraps and treatments such as Green Coffee Body Wrap feature Serenity Spa’s signature massage wrapping method. These specialized treatments feature indigenous botanicals such as aloe vera, sage, water lily, seaweed, green tea, organic honey, chamomile, aromatherapy oils and rose petals. Serenity Spa by Westgate also offers hypnosis, spa generation services and mini spa generation services. Complimentary access to the Kids Club is offered to children of guests during designated operating hours.

“Great Stay”
The hotel room was clean and very nice, a bit more than I expected. I would like to go back to stay to enjoy to amenities and food services. The check-in and check-out experience was great and fast, with no hassle or long lines.

Please assign zone "Adult Only, 15 year or older" in swimming pool. All swimming pool area should be "No Smoking", at least arround the pool.

Very impressed, plenty of amenities to keep children occupied when on site. No hassle even though it is timeshare appartments. Staff & management very helpful. Shuttle bus available to take you around the site (it looks huge when you first arrive but everything is close to hand). Staff in golf trolleys often stopped and asked if we wanted a lift to go to other parts of the site. 7 heated pools with different daily activities. Close to Walmart.

We enjoyed our stay at the resort. The pools were nice but we were dissappointed that the pool closest to us did not have a bar area that was open. The two pools on the property that had bar areas open were overwhelmingly crowded. All in all, it was a very nice property with lots of fun activities for the young kids.
