“Impressed enough to purchase a time share.”
I enjoyed the Westgate Towers. It was not over bearing like the other Westgate (spa and resort) We were not hounded when we checked in to buy a time share. Our escort was very friendly and attentive. The room was wonderful, spacious and clean. It was in a great area that was not over crowded. Since it was cold we were not able to enjoy the pool and the out door jacuzzi. It was heated though. I do recommend staying there. My family and I will be staying at this Westgate in the future.
“Comfortable and clean suite hotel near all of the attractions.”
The staff was very welcoming and went out of their way to be helpful. The management is obviously running a tight ship at this hotel. We had a two-room suite that was very clean and included a large jacuzzi bath in each room! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware and appliances, to include a washer and dryer in an adjoining alcove. Would definitely stay there again.

We were expecting a regular hotel room and were delighted to have a full kitchen, washer and dryer.

Beautiful place to stay in Orlando. Nice rooms and pools. Too bad we couldn't stay longer.
“WONDERFUL HOTEL, GREAT FRIENDLY, and HELPFUL STAFF”
My husband and I stayed at the westgate towers for our honeymoon, and were astounded by the wonderful hotel staff, and the room itself. There was a lot of things that did not go well on our trip regarding shuttle services, but the guest relations department ALWAYS made up for any inconviences. They would book anything we needed as far as transportation, or get us tickets to any of the attractions, and made sure, even if it wasn't the hotel's fault that a shuttle forgot to pick us up, or a taxi was very late, the hotel staff always made it a point to speak directly with these other companies to get us a better deal and to make sure that our inconvience was accomadated for, even without us mentioning a thing. The only thing I can say wasn't that great about the hotel, was that at the time we were staying there, they were renovating some of the tile floors, and were not always that great at informing the guests as to what elevators were out of service on certain floors, and it was a bit of a pain to ride up to your floor only to find that it was taped off once you got there, and had to ride back down to the floor below you, to take the stairs up to your room. Overall though, This was a GREAT hotel, and I DEFINITELY recommend it to anyone staying in the area. The rooms were absolutely wonderful, and large, and the spa tub is absolutely perfect!

The staff are friendly and helpful;the place is clean and is accessible to anywhere you want to go.I feel safe too,while staying in that place.The place is great,not so huge but not so small.

From the moment we walked into the Westgate Towers, we knew we'd picked the right hotel for our Orlando Honeymoon. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The suite was gorgeous; well worth the price. And it's only a few minutes drive from most of the Orlando attractions.

My boyfriend and I stayed here at one of their villas. It had a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, microwave, stove, pots & pans, utensitls, plates/glasses, toaster, coffeemaker) as well as a washer & dryer; living room w/sleeper sofa, dining room, 2 full baths (jacuzzi tub in master bath) and a king bed. It was so nice to not have to go out to eat for every meal and just relax at home, and even nicer to be able to wash our clothes. The villa was very roomy. We had a nice balcony over- looking one of the pools and the hot tub. They have a fitness center and access to the resorts amenities (tennis, paddleboats, activities)across the street. Even though they don't offer the typical [hotel] everyday room service, they do provide you with fresh towels everyday and will make the bed too - at no extra charge. We found the villa and hotel to be very clean and the staff to be very hospitable and prompt. They did not ask us once if we were interested in attending a time share info session. The one problem we did have was the A/C would kick off by itself, but they promptly came up to fix it and it wasn't that hot anyway so it wasn't a big deal. We would definitely stay here again, especially for the price.
