I'm satisfied with the hotel I selected. Compare to the price, it was a nice hotel to stay. Outside hotel view is very excellent and Hotel inside was OK. Hotel service is also very good. I'll recommend this hotel to my friend.

I can only say that the reviews about Cypress Palms were true. No surprises. The rooms where large, clean, and well stocked. We would stay here again.

“Wonderful!”

The Wyndham was wonderful. Everything we needed was in the room - dishes, cooking utensils, laundry detergent. The staff was extremely friendly - and non-intrusive! Beautiful grounds, very quiet - and tons of stuff to do at the hotel! Plus, it was only 10 minutes from the entrance to Disney World!

“Immaculate hotel, a steal for what I paid.”

I am in hotels 5 days per month for work. For the price I paid, I was expecting something outdated, or "too good to be true". Just the opposite. I stayed in a one bedroom suite. It was top shelf. 2 large flat screen tv's, bed that was large and perfect, and full kitchen that looked like it was new out of the box (even though I didnt need a kitchen). Hot tub was what I liked the best.

We had a one bedroom room. It was a little small but very neat and clean. Had everything that we needed from linens, towels and dishes, etc. All staff were polite and helpful. Request for additional items arrived timely. Very quiet surroundings and location. Overall, very happy. Will certainly return to any other Wyndham Resort.

“Great for families”

The hotel looked newer on the outside than on the inside. The rooms showed wear and had a slight bug spray-smoke smell. This is still a great deal for families. Activities are provided for both children and adults throughout the day. The pools, playground, and activity center are wonderful. The kitchen area is plenty big enough for vacation-type meals. The washer and dryer were our favorite part of this hotel! Many stores and dining are within walking distance. Disney and EPCOT are a short drive (15 min.).

“Nice suite for the price.”

We stayed in the small 1 rm suite, our friends had the HUGE 2 rm suite. Our room was tight as we had to use a pack-n-play, & the pull out sofa. We only used our kitchen for freezing water to take with us to the parks. Our friends had a much larger full kitchen where we ate breakfast, & pizza several days during our stay. There was a washer & dryer in the room w/ detergent available at guest services. One negative about the resort as opposed to most hotels is there is no maid service during your stay, which means you have to empty trash, make beds, & wash towels if you want fresh ones. The pools are nice & they both have a hot tub within site of the pool. The best thing about the resort is that it is w/in walking distance to a 24hr CVS, Krispy Kreme donuts, Maccaroni Grill, UNOs Pizza, & Crackerbarrel. The worst thing abouth the resort was their "free continental breakfast presentation" which was like the stuff you get out of hospital vending machines, donuts & cupcakes in a bag. They entise you to come to breakfast with reduced seaworld tickets, free dinner tickets/or cash so they can "introduce you to the resort" after we saw what breakfast consisted of we bailed & cooked our own eggs,bacon, & biscuits. They missed their opportunity to sell us on their resort. Overall the facility was clean, cheap, easy access to Disney theme parks, & we would stay there again, hopefully in the larger suite though.

“One bedroom stay”

One bedroom was small, but nicely renovated and it was nice to have a kitchenette area especially with young children. There was easy access to Disney without getting on 4 at all. It took about 15 minutes back and forth, which is crucial when our infant needed a nap time. There are plenty of restaurants around and most have carry-out. It is a timeshare resort, so there was an offer for attending a timeshare presentation which we declined and did not hear about again. Also being a timeshare resort, it does not have any housekeeping for under 7 day stays. Service at the front desk could have been better especially at check in time.
