We really enjoyed our 1 night stay. We arrived a few hours early as we checked out of our air b and b from Padua at 11 am and was there by 11:30. The hotel staff were very courteous taking our bags and telling us we were free to relax in the different areas downstairs as our check-in time wasn't till 3 pm and to our surprise our room was ready in and hour and a half so that was really nice as we felt that prioritised us and went above and beyond. We also didn't realise swimming hats were mandatory in the pool, I am glad the staff were polite about it and offered us complimentary hats as we are young black women with thick long afro textured hair that can't fit into the hats they had for sale so I am happy they were courteous and didn't make us feel embarrassed. I would definitely recommend them looking to stock hats for fuller textured hair but really pleased with his they handled that - bravo. Every single staff member was lovely and professional - we really be enjoyed our room service lunch from the bar - delicious and filling and super affordable! We also forgot to decide about the shuttle bus to the airport do hadn't given 24 hours notice for our space but we really appreciated that a taxi was arranged for us that took card and wasn't too much more than shuttle bus so I believe it might be a set price for guests which we loved ! Our check out time the next day was 11 am but staff were gracious enough to keep our luggage so we would explore Padua and return for our taxi.

Amazing,relax hotel.
It was an amazing exprience.4 stars hotel with super kind service...from the reception to the dining table....all the personals was so kind and helpful.clean rooms,warm and cold pools.... For sure i will be back to Metropole Terme. The only problems were: Not everyone speaking English,bu they do their best. The beds was too hard. Great beautiful hotel,great food and an amazing service.

Ottima struttura dove rilassarsi e riposarsi
Hotel stupendo con 5 piscine di varie temperature molto grandi e molto confortevoli, tutta la struttura era pulitissima anche i prati che sono grandi e rilassanti. L'acqua era termale e perfetta, il servizio era eccellente e portato con grande cortesia. Infine la cena è stata fantastica a base di paella valenciana e pesce di prima categoria , tutto ad un ottimo prezzo.

Bel posto, servizio eccellente, soprattutto colazione e bar piscina li ho trovati di altissimo livello. Camera non particolarmente spaziosa, e con qualche problema di rumorosità sia esterna ( lato strada) sia impianti idrici delle camere sopra. Il tutto compensato abbondantemente dalla spa , piscine e servizio del personale.

Great Hotel, the service at the Spa can improve
The staff of the hotel has been very kind, but the staff of the Oriental Spa (wellness centre) can really improve. Not kind people, and at the end we couldn’t have the therapies we asked for. That is a shame.

A traditional Spa-hotel that delivers
This is a BIG spa-hotel, built some 30-40 years ago. Rooms look a bit dated but the comfort is fine. Staff is very helpful and attentive. Had an excellent dinner for a very decent price and breakfast was also good. Spa-facilities were included and despite this was a late October visit, the hotel was very busy. Free WiFi and Parking. I'd be happy to come back here.

leuk met vrienden
bij dit hotel komen veel mensen door een reis organisatie en hebben vol board. wij hebben daar gegeten en het was de eerste avond minder goed dan de tweede. op zaterdag zijn ze vergeten de kamer schoon te maken. het is een hotel met veel zwembaden .

Good hotel por relaxing time in the thermal pools
The hotel is a little bit old-fashion, but everything was clean and the service was really good. The room was big, comfortable and clean. The pool zone is nice. The only thing is that they should control a bit more how people get the hammocks, because sometimes they just left the towel and they don't use them, and you cannot have one. The swimming pools are good, three in the outside and one inside. Really relaxing and a nice experience. The breakfast is also good, with so many things to eat. You have a big choice for salty and sweet stuff. THe gardens seemed to be nice, specially for summer, but now we could not enjoy them a lot due to the cold weather.

hotel fermo a 30 anni fa
mi è bastata una notte . hotel pulito ma trovare la camera con una tv a tubo catodico, le luci al neon freddo anni 70, le piastrelle marron nel bagno, la sala colazioni che sembrava un reparto radiologia mi ha fatto fuggire.
