“Favorite place to stay in West Palm Beach”
I love the price of the room. The staff is friendly. The space of the room is perfect and it is very clean. There is an oven in the room yet there are no dishes (i.e. cookie sheet) for cooking things in the oven. I don't like that there is no housekeeping service if you stay less than 5 days, however the lady at the front desk said if I had a need I could phone down and make a request. The pillows are small and very flat and there are only 2. I don't like that there is a $4.99 charge to get a password to use the internet. There should be some way to prepay for the internet through Expedia at the time of booking the hotel. This hotel is in a central location for everything you could want to do in West Palm Beach and is right off of the interstate. Very easy to find. I like that they have a laundry facility and a workout room. Breakfast is served very early in the lobby for free but I'm never awake early enough to take advantage of this. Very secure and safe hotel. I am a single woman and stayed by myself. The parking lot is VERY well lit. I have stayed here three different times now.
“you get what you pay for”
the hotel is quite comfortable especially for long term stays since they have refrigerators and a microwave. it's sort of off the beaten track so there is not that much close by to walk to, especially in the heat.
“not impresed at all”
overall , took us hour and a half to check in , staff not so friendly . room was clean hovewer , very heavy smell of mildew made it almost imposiblle , the less time you spend in room the better . wouldn't recomend , sorry .
“Worst Extended Stay Hotel in my experience!”
The shower and the toilet were leaking water all the time. Bathroom toiletries were missing. Housekeeping was late a day and put a half used bottle of shampoo in the shower. No DVD player in the room. The kitchen utensils,TV, carpet are in shoddy condition. Hotel staff not courteous. On my last day, water started leaking through the bathroom ceiling...

Broken leg on table and propted up against the wall. I was in a smoking room but the beadspread had not been changed for a long time I had to take it off and put inthe corner it smelled so bad. No remote for the TV. Place was filthy. a few days later I stayed at the Extended Stay in Miami and it was what I would expect from a hotel
“Extended Stay suites West Palm Beach”
The key system on my door did not work at all and the person who came to help told me that door was not made for girls (those were his actual words). Although he was very helpful, he was not part of the staff of the hotel, my impression is he was somebody the front desk person knew and just happened to be passing by. There were people walking down the hallways drinking beer. The blanket had cigarette holes on it and the sheets were stained. The last straw was the cockroach in the bathroom, which I guess is not a big deal in Florida. Bottom line is I did not feel safe in this hotel. There are no restaurants around it, and it takes 90 min by bus to get downtown (or a 30 dollar cab ride). Buses stop running at 6:30 pm.
