“Good hotel”
I would stay there again. Good location and affordable price.
“Better than I thought.”
For a 2 and 1/2 star this hotel meets and possibly exceeds expectations. i was worried after reading some reviews about the condition of the rooms but my room had new carpet, fresh paint, comfortable bed, fridge, microwave and although wasn't like a luxury 4 star it was very good for a 2 and 1/2 star. The rating was correct. The breakfast in the morning was good when your in hurry and just want some fruit, yogurt, coffee, etc. and get on with your day. if your looking for better conditions then pay the extra cost for a 4 star?

upon arriving the clerk was very friendly and helpful.But after we check in we found that the outside of the hotel was very dirty(common areas,hallways).The room was also not well clean.We ask to be moved to another room with the same result. We cleaned the bathroom ourselves and the rest the room.
“Poor experience”
Based on the appearance of the lobby/registration area we asked to see the room, We found it unsatisfactiry- dingy, noisy and a powerful smell. We were given another room. On the way to this room, the outside was dirty with food/trash on the sidewalk. The second room seemed better- less noisy and less odor. We agreed to this room.Then we discovered dirty towels left behind the door of the bathroom. We told the clerk that we wanted to leave. We decided that the we did not feel this hotel was properly cleaned and we could not relax, take a shower or sleep in a hotel that did not meet our expectations. We checked out a few hours after checking in. All this was very upsetting as I had been traveling for over 12 hours.
“afraid to sleep there”
we were there during spring break and had to have a hotel to stay before we left for a cruise. No other hotels were available in ft. lauderdale or boca raton
“If you like cigarette burn holes in your comforter”
I stayed there for a conference I attended at a resort, and booked here because of the price....big mistake. I would have paid almost double to have not stayed there. As soon as I walked in the door I thought I was walking into a bolwing alley because of the cigarette smell. I was in a non-smoking room mind you. The towel rack was hanging off the wall, I had no ironing board, so im pressing my suit on the bed, big crack in tub, you can see where the cinderblock wall had cracked and been patched from ceiling to floor, no elevator, had to drag bags up the stairs to find out my key wouldnt work, so I had to drag them back downstairs, get my key reactivated and drag them back upstairs. The blanket they had on the bed had cigarette burns on it, so of course Im not going to use it nor touch the comforter. Would highly not recommend this place, they need to tear it down and build a park or a high rise condominium.
