Walking distance to beach and shopping/restaurants. Short drive to golf courses. Close to highway for easy access to other attractions

This is a great value. Beautiful views and convenient parking. Complimentary breakfast hits the mark.
“Great View from Balcony”
We had a two room suite on the 9th floor and the view was wonderful. Since it is just one block from the beach, we were able to walk there in just a few minutes. The breakfast was great! I will definitely stay there again.

My husband and I were very pleased with our hotel stay at the Residence Inn by Marriot in Delray Beach! We can't wait to stay there again! The rooms were so clean and the service was awesome! Great location too!!! We will definately stay there again very soon!!

We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. The food (breakfast) was good, the hotel was quiet, the balcoinies were large and best of all, the beds were really comfy!!

Hotel was very clean, room excellent, breakfast very satisfactory, pool and hot tub very clean, location perfect, beach very nice, Atlantic Ave restauraunts pricy but very good. Had a very nice time, and would go there again. Did not explore all of the attractions of the city of DelRay Beach, but will next time.

The hotel met my needs perfectly - spacious, clean, great breakfast buffet, a fridge to put snacks etc. Housekeeping ran the dishwasher so all glasses etc. were clean when you return to your room. Very accessible to the beach and the Atlantic Ave stores and restaurants. I'll be back and will definitely stay here again.
