“Very convenient”
We stayed only one night on our way south. We welcomed this no nonsense hotel, easy check in, easy access to rooms, clean environment. Would use again.
“Great Room Wonderful people”
This was a great stay, we arrived after hours and they still found a way to make sure we got our room key. Very comfortable and they left sample products in our room. :)
“BYOB (Bring your own blanket)”
The room was clean, had a small refrigerator and microwave oven. We stayed there in December on a night when it was about 48 degrees outside. We turned the thermostat in the room to get the heat to come on, but it only blew ice cold air. Luckily, we had brought a blanket along out in our car. It was very chilly in the room. We had difficulty with the entry key and required the to get us into the room. The wi-fi was fabulous. The TV remote didn't work. The pool looked fantastic, nice and clean, although not being used due to the winter temps. The walls are thin and there was someone in a room next door snoring most of the night.

“Indio”
We went ahead and took the room since we were in town due to a death in the family. If I had more time, I would have checked on other hotels in the area. We were not pleased with the overal quality since there were stains on all their chairs. There were some fixtures in need of repair or replacment and the bathroom needs updating and or remodeling.
“Good for the price.”
Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, there was no heat, though they did offer a portable heater. a second blanket would have been nice. Room had a micro-wave and refridgerator, but no coffee maker.
“Stay away!”
No air conditioning! When I was booking the room, I just took it for granted that the room would have air conditioning - after all this the Palm Springs area. I was completely wrong! The hotel does not have air conditioning and this alone should disqualify any hotel from even looking at it.
“Inexplicably HORRIBLE - GANG INFESTED - DO NOT STAY HERE! NOT SAFE!!”
I highly recommend that you do NOT stay here unless you want to be around gang bangers that may break into your car. The management is also VERY DISRESPECTFUL. Don't waste your time nor your money on this hotel! Stay safe by paying a few bucks more and TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!
“Terrible Experience! Unless you like sleeping on a wet mattress!!!!!”
I did a quick check in on New Years Eve because I was going to the New Years celebration at the Casino Near by. When I arrived at my room later that night, I was shocked to find that a large portion of the mattress was WET!!! That's right....WET!!! At 4a.m, the lobby was closed and all the lights were off couldn't even get someone to complain. The next morning when I checked out the "manager" Annie, was informed of my mishap and all she said was 'ok Thanks" not even an apology. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone, and before you completely check in make sure you do a walk through with any person in staff so they don't come back and place blame on you.
“Was I dropped into a B movie set???”
I don't even no where to start! Bad neighborhood-saw gang banger types cruising parking lot looking in car windows which of course made me take every single thing out of my car. Furniture fabic stained and dirty. No bulbs in lamp. Was told free wifi available only to find out only in lobby. Tried to get help in morning-doors locked. No one at desk. I will NEVER EVER stay here again. My son & friend wanted to swim until they saw the pool with leaves, branches & paper cups floating in water. We went to the movies in Rancho Mirage & only came back to sleep. Heard the desk staff tell guest on phone she couldnt help him with directions. She was too busy-then she hung up on caller and continued doing NOTHING in a busy manner...DREADFUL. Only go here if you hate yourself or hate your traveling companion. Good place to bring your mother in law if you want her to have a heart attack.
