“Excellent Hotel”
Service excellent, room immaculate, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is one of the best I have had in a French hotel
“Great experience, great location, can't wait to go back!”
This hotel was very nice, rooms were a bit small, but were clean and nice. Hotel staff was very courteous and friendly. The whole atmosphere there was wonderful! Even the location was great! we walked alot, since it was near so many different things (shops, resturants, arc de triomphe, and easy to catch taxis for other locations. I would recommened this hotel to anyone going to Paris. If I go back, I would return to this hotel. ~Very satisfied customer
“Best concierge staff in Paris!”
The concierge staff at this hotel was not only friendly and accomodating, they went out of their way to be of help. Our stay included time over the holiday and many places were not open. The concierge staff took extra effort to call places to ensure they were open--and helped us navigate best routes, etc. They gave us a feeling of security and comfort while staying in a foreign country.

Superb deal, top hotel and service, the executive perks were excellent, and reasonably cheap because they were on a deal. Most helpful staff, could not have asked for a higher standard of service.

The place is good , because is near the Arc Triunf, near de champs elliseois no far The el Louvre museous , subwey is near , quality in service is exellente, Manuel the concierge very friendly in all information
“Impressive”
Classed as a 4-star hotel,but in my opinion,you may as well regard this as a 5 star.Well located.I was able to use their secure underground parking,directly under the hotel.(Had driven up from Bordeaux on route back to Blighty).Excellent modern room/decor and superb bed.Nice buffet breakfast(Included in the price of the room/an offer on at the time of booking)
“Very comfortable”
The hotel is very nicely decorated and clean. The front staff was couteous, efficient, and fluent in English. Concierge was extremely helpful with all our needs. The room was clean and beds were very fresh, clean, and comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Room service was excellent although a little slow.

Great hotel, perfect location, friendly staff, excellent food. The Internet service in the rooms is quite bad - very expensive & options are poor.
“Excellent Hotel in a very good location”
The hotel was a great place for a weekend in Paris. It was situated a few streets across from the Arc de Triumph which meant the area was nice and peaceful but easily within walking distance of all the main attractions and a few really nice restaurants are just a couple of minutes away. The service was brilliant, with almost all the staff speaking fluent English as well as French and the buffet breakfast was a great way to start the morning. The only slight downside was that it didn't have the small, boutique charm of one of the independent french hotels, but this is not to be expected from a Hilton chain hotel. Overall had a great stay and would thoroughly recommend considering it if you're heading to Paris and want to stay off the main tourist drag but be close enough to walk rather than relying on taxis or the metro. The hotel is also about 10/15 minutes taxi ride away from the gare de nord which cost about 15 euros each way.
