“convenient, clean, fair price”
Very clean. Desk staff spoke good English. Some refurb work on 1st floor led to noise during day. Room with king sized bed a little small. Convenient to RER line that runs from CDG (1/2 mile, get off at Port Royal). Metro station (Raspail: lines 4 and 6) across the street. Close to good/famous restaurants on Boul. du Montparnasse (Le Dome and La Coupole) plus many lesser ones. Cemetery across the street (Boul. Edward Quinet) gives some view on that side of the building. Good breakfast (a little expensive for my taste). Great library -- books on Paris art and artists -- in the lobby.
“Best Hotel in Paris!”
Great location. Very nice rooms, very spacious, especially for Paris! Very nice staff. Would recommend it to anyone. Plan to stay there on our next visit.
“Would definitely go back, great choice”
Great location, convenient and VERY near Raspail Metro station (get yourself a Carte L'Orange if you're there for a week from Monday to Sunday, don't bother with the photo ID) and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Good sized rooms, elevators, clean and with air conditioning. No free wi-fi, but otherwise very happy with this hotel and our stay (which was 8 nights).
“Excellent Hotel in an Excellent Location, we will definitely stay here again,”
The hotel was clean, and well kept, the staff were polite and spoke English. The hotel is well located with plenty of restaurants in walking distance. We were not aware of any noise at night and our room was on the second floor at the front of the hotel.
“Great small hotel in a great neighborhood”

“Great find in Montparnasse”
I used the hotel both for business and then personal time. I liked it so much that I stayed two more days there. The hotel is right on a metro stop and close to the Jardin de Luxembourg. There are bakeries, restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was clean and lovely. The wifi worked well. The hotel staff were fantastic and even taught me a little more French. The only downside is that the lower rooms are subject to street noise on the Boulevard Raspail. This is really only a problem during the day, however, and when the windows are open.
“Nice hotel in a good location.”
We were quite pleased with this hotel. While not large by US standards, the room was a reasonable size and generally quite comfortable. The staff was polite and attentive.
“Great value!”
Great price quality ratio, especially given the location. Unless an even better deal is available, I'll definitely go back, if/when I go back to Paris.
“Great Location!”
The hotel is across the street from a metro station served by two lines. you can go anywhere in central Paris within minutes!!!!! The room is clean, well furnished and recently renovated. The AC unit worked superbly during an August heat wave! Staff were friendly. Avoid the breakfast room - far too expensive for what is offered. This hotel is a terrific bargain!!
“Great Location”
Literally across the street from the Raspail metro station, the Aiglon is a great jumping off point for exploring any area of Paris. The 2 metro lines that run through Raspail will take you to the city center or any the four corners of the city, including the the Champs-Elysées/Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. Within a metro stop (or a healthy walk) of chinatown, the theatre area near Montparnasse Tower, and plenty of other local eating options.
