“Friendly staff”
Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is perfect with a free bus service across the road to EuroDisney.
“Cracking Hotel”
Really nice hotel. the room was lovely the staff were great and transport to Disney and central Paris was easy.
“Perfect for Disneyland and Shopping”
Great hotel in perfect location. Easy to get to, one stop before Disney on RER from Paris, with added bonus of Val d'Europe shopping Mall on the doorstep. Convenient bus stop outside with frequent free 8 minute shuttle bus to Disneyland Would definitely return and recommend to others.
“Style at Disney rather than tackiness”
Excellent hotel. Very suited for those who want style and quality to complete their Disney experience rather than tackiness. Location is superb.
“Ideal for older Disney goers”
This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel and I will definitely return. It's clean, stylish, the staff are friendly and it's ideally situated. I went for 5 nights with my Mum and we had a comfortable double bed each, good powerful shower and climate control. There's a free shuttle to and from Disney right outside the hotel (takes just 5 mins to get there) and if you don't want to get the bus, its one stop on the RER across the road to Marne la Vallee for Disney. The RER also gets you into the centre of Paris if you want to go on a day trip. The mall opposite the hotel is lovely and has a range of shops, plus plenty of places to get food cheaper than inside Disney. There's also a supermarket there. Couple of small points - we found the bar/restaurant at the hotel rather expensive (although exchange rates weren't good when we went) and there are no english tv channels - this didn't bother us but if you have children who like to watch tv, it's worth knowing. All in all, you get the best of both worlds as you can get to Disney really easily but you can also have ome time away from the parks to enjoys the shops, bars and restaurants, plus the hotel is lovely.
“Lovely Hotel . Would definitely use again”
The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. We arrived too early to book in but were told that our room would be ready for us even if we returned late from the Disney Park. Although it was only my grown up daughter and I staying and they had told us they were busy, we were given a lovely double room with two king size beds. Beautifully clean and fresh. The hotel is just outside the Europa shopping centre and about 5 minutes from La Valley outlet. Also courtesy bus to and from Disney from just outside Hotel. Would definitely recommend and would book again.
“Fab lovation & Hotel”
Absolutely brilliant location for Disney & Shopping. Free Disney shuttle bus right outside hotel, which takes 10min (bus # 50) Val D' Europe shopping opposite the hotel, which connects to the Designer Outlet. RER train station is 2min walk away connecting you into Paris. Good standard of rooms that are very spacious. Beds are 2 good sized Queens.
“Great Hotel for a trip to Disneyland Paris”
I recently went to Disneyland Paris to celebrate a friend's birthday and chose this hotel after reading some reviews. The hotel had a boutique feel and was of a very high standard. The room was immaculate and spacious, perfect for a short stay. All the staff were very polite and spoke English which was very useful as I don't speak much French! The breakfast facilities that we paid extra for were well worth it as it was very convenient and a lovely continental breakfast. As we were going to the Disney parks it was a must to have a shuttle service for our trip and the one provided by the hotel was brilliant. The bus stop was across the roas and always on time. The hotel provided us with a timetable on our first day which was useful. The bus only took ten minutes to get to the parks and ran fairly regularly at peak times. We also wanted to make a visit to Val d'Europe shopping centre on our trip. The hotel was a 5 minute walk and ideal for a morning trip before heading on the bus to Disney. If I was visiting Disneyland Paris again I would definately stay in this hotel again and would recommend it to anyone else visiting.
“Great Value for Disneyland Paris.”
Very polite staff! Best thing about hotel are the restaurants and shopping center across hotel, which includes a grocery store. Bus for Disney picks up right across street and the RER into paris is also right beside hotel. The only suggestion I would have for the hotel would be to include coffee makers in the rooms, or to at least provide coffee in the lobby, as the restaurant for breakfast does not open until 7am. Would definitely stay there again.
“good location”
We stayed this hotel 2 times.. very good location.. just the opposite the shopping centre. very easy to go to Paris by underground.. You can go in 30 minutes to Auber which is the opposite of Opera. Shuffle bus for disneyland good enough.. ( we didn't use bus this time because we had the car ) Rooms are not amazing but clean enough.. When i stayed other disneyland hotels which is more expensive maybe better for kids but i was feeling very middle of no where if you wanna do something in the evening or little walk.. Why i like this hotel because you can spend good time in shopping centre and out let shopping..
