“A real Parisien treat”
This hotel was ideally placed for sight-seeing around central Paris with the Louvre museum being only 500 yards away. The room was clean and well appointed but not overly large but the bathroom was roomy and rather plush. We did not eat there as we were on a budget but we had one trip to the bar which was enjoyable however a bedtime Calvados proved very expensive. Full marks to all the staff with particular praise to the front of house staff. The concierge, a tall good-looking guy in his twenties was a model of what a good concierge should be, charming knowleageable and extremely helpful. Overall the hotel was rather luxurious without being pretentious which suited us fine.We would definately return.
“A nice hotel”
A very nice hotel. Room was small, considering the price! Really a room for single person. Would have liked to have an additional 15 square feet. Otherwise, quite nice. Fitness area good, as was the steam room. Staff friendly. Able to have a pot of coffee in the morning -- without taking the entire breakfast, which is unnecessarily expensive. Would go back (if I care to splurge again).
“Fantastic hotel”
Westminster Opera was a fantastic hotel, it was in a great location....really central and well placed for shopping. The rooms were comfortable and well kept. The hotel was spotless and the staff were all very friendly. Would definetly recommend this hotel and would stay again.
“Fantastic hotel with great location”
The hotel was perfectly located in the centre of Paris, very smart district with easy access to all major attractions. Hotel was very elegant and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasn't too imaginative especially for the price, would recommend going to a local cafe for half the price otherwise would thoroughly recommend.
“A very welcoming hotel”
All the staff were very helpful even to the smallest request. Bar very friendly. Restaurant vey good-dined in both evenings.
“The perfect in the heart of everything hotel!”
I was pleasantly surprised at how courteous and helpful the staff was, and the hotel itself is both impressive and charming. The restaurant's dinner selection is superb, room service was great on those days when we were too tired to go out. The hotel is around the corner from the ritzy shopping area, down the road from the Louvre, and a 10 minute walk from most everything else we wanted to see.
“Lovely hotel”
Great location and hotel for the money. Room was small (as expected in France) but lovely and clean. Service was very good. Our only problem was the shower. Trying to find a happy medium between freezing and boiling-hot water is next to impossible!
“Its just lovely!”
Cant wait to go back!. We had a fab weekend, the hotel was just great, lovley staff, all very helpfull. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant on the Saturday evening. The food and service was excellent. The bedroom was very clean and well maintained. The possition of the hotel was within walking distance for shopping, so again perfect for what we wanted. As we also got engaged while in Paris, it will always be very special to us.
“Best concierge I've ever had”
The hotel is beautiful and well appointed and is a true four-star. The room was quite small but the bathroom was huge, and both were very nice and clean. But what stood out was the service. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful, and the concierge was especially fantastic and eager to please. We had several detailed requests and he executed every one of them flawlessly. The hotel is also very centrally located, literally around the corner from the Opera Garnier and the Opera Metro station, which has several different Metro lines running through it, making it rather easy to get most anywhere quickly from the hotel.
“Lovely New Year break”
Arrived new years eve via Eurostar early afternoon, party of six, the rooms were ready to go to straight away. Fifth floor overlooking the Paris rooftops, very quiet. The room was well decorated and clean, Both the room and the bathroom were spacious and very comfortable and they were lovely and warm which was good as it was absolutely freezing outside. The TV had english channels, the beds were turned down every evening, everything worked. The front desk staff could not have been more helpful. Location ideal for walking from: Champs Elysee and the Louvre 10 minutes, Sacre Coeur 30 minutes and plenty of great cafes and restaurants locally. All in all a lovely hotel and we would definitely stay there again.
