“Definately be back”
Excellent hotel. Recommend it to anyone. Staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful. My wife is disabled and we had no problems at all. Mini bar was a bit expensive though, but then I suppose we didn't have to use it...but hey, we were on holiday!!!!!
“Would Stay Here Again”
Hotel is small, surrounded by many restaurants and a bakery. 1 block to Vivay Metro stop. Easy walk to Luxenbourg Garden. Rooms are small (as always in Paris), but nice and clean. Helpful, English-speaking, 24 hour reception desk. Shared computer in lobby. Free coffee/tea in afternoon. Recommend paying a bit extra for a quiet room at the back (request this). You will wake up to the sound of the fountain in the back courtyard.
“loved it”
location is so fun. Everything is right there-wine shops, grocery, patisserie, flower shop, restaurants, antique shop, frommage shop, deli, $ machine and a wonderful marche on Sat. 2metro stops close by. And, just like the other reviews, the staff is wonderful. Great bathroom and tastefully decorated room. Computer and free wi-fi in room.
“Much better than expected”
The staff were great and the hotel was clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed the breakfast. The coffee was delicious.
“Highly recommended”
If you choose this place, you will feel among friends. If you like to walk, in 20 minutes you will be in many points of interest in the city; if you do not like to walk, don´t worry because there is a subway station next to the hotel that with one single ticket takes you to Notre Dame (from there you just have to walk 10 minutes to be at Louvre, Centre Pompidou, Musee de Orsay and more) and with some simple connections, can get all the city in minutes. At the front desk ask them how to get the place you want to visit and someone in your language (or in english at least) will mark in a map the best route to get them. Soft beds, soft pillows, clean clean clean, free internet and good complimentaries make from Lenox a really nice place to stay in Paris. The only sin: breakfast in this hotel was not as good as we expected for it´s price.
“Lenox Montparnasse Hotel”
The Lenox Montparnasse Hotel was more than I expected, Great service, the staff were friendly, very helpful. We tried to speak a little French to people which all the french loved. After that the hotel staff, and people in the shops restaurants helped us even more by speaking alot of English. The Hotel Itself was clean well kept, I was inpressed with the service the helpfulness of the staff, the free internet and movies. The breakfast which was set out in the morning was so tasty I did not knoe what to eat first? I would recondmend the hotel to anyone. Next time I go to Paris I would stay at the Lenox Monparnase Hotel. An all round great Hotel.
“A good place to stay, but not to spend time”
Hotel Lenox was entirely adequate for our needs. We wanted a comfortable, affordable place to stay while visiting Paris, expecting that every hour spent in the hotel was one not spent walking the streets of Paris between museums, cafes and restaurants. The bed occupied most of the room, and the bathroom was entirely fine. The hotel staff were delightful. Services were minimal. Our only objection was that our room faced the street and we were often disturbed by loud celebrants until after 2 AM.
“Good price, location and room”
We were excited to see what the reviewers were raving about and were not dissapointed. The lobby was nice with a great honesty bar my husband and I used one night to unwind. The elevator is tiny but does the trick. The room we had was a club room and it was tiny as well but we are used to these room sizes in Europe. The room was nice and clean, had all the amenities you need and then some. The free internet in the room was awesome to keep in touch with home. The only complaint we had was the bathroom had paper pealing in the ceiling from moisture and there was no shower curtain to contain the water in the tub just a small side glass door. Other than that, plenty of cafes, bakeries, shops and close to a couple of metro stops. It was great to close to so many stops to acces wherever we wanted to go. We will definately go back to Paris and stay here again hands down. The front desk employees all spoke great English and were very helpful and nice.
“Excellent hotel and very well situated”
The hotel was very well situated and close to two metro stations. The area had a nice range of places to eat and there was a relaxed air about the place. The hotel staff were very friendly and the room although small was very clean, freshly decorated and well presented. A lovely stylish place, very French. We plan to visit again and happy to recommend to friends and family.
“This will be my Paris hotel of choice.”
This is a charming, clean and friendly hotel. It is convenient to many good restaurants and multiple Metro stations. You can be anywhere in minutes, yet the area is not overwhelmed with tourists. I highly recomend this delightful hotel.
