“Quiet and comfortable hotel”
Spacious well furnished rooms
“Would recommend strongly.”
Perfect location, comfortable roms and very quiet.
“An absolute haven”
Loved the place. It was exactly what we were looking for. An escape from the clinical modern hotels that you find in so many cities. Would certainly recommend it to anyone.
“Good value”
Nice hotel in good location. Good local facilties. Excellent brekafast
“Great Location - room decent - Very Paris...”
Was in Paris for 4 nights at start of Aug 2011. Was last leg of two week holiday starting in Rome. Arrived at hotel and got checked in. We had our packs on still so we didn't really have a lot of patience for what the front desk lady was telling me. Although she was being very helpful and spoke English very well, I didn't listen to much of what she told me about tours/upgrading room/internet etc... lol. got into room and it was exactly what we expected. small and boutiqu-ie... lol. Room was clean, but washroom was cramped a little. That was probably our only minor complaint about the hotel!!! Was in a great location only a couple min to Arc de Triumph/Champs Eleyse... right at a subway stop (subway system in Paris is awesome and super easy) and only probably 15 min walk to Eiffel tower. The food in Paris was to die for. On route to the Eiffel tower there is a grocery store which during our whole trip we found super handy. Grab cheap beer/wine, chips, snacks etc. One day we stopped grabbed a bunch of food and had a picnic which was one of our best times we had in Paris. The lines and amount of people in Paris is crazy so you can pre-purchase tix for Eiffel tower online day prior to going it really helps! Again, didn't expect much from hotel but was pleased with what we got. Don't know how many days I could spend in Paris though. lol
“Great Paris hotel in the shopping district”
Great little boutique hotel near the Champes de Esylees and the Arch de Truimphe. Very clean, with everything you need. Some rooms even have a view of the Eiffel Tower. Would definitiely go back and recommend it to my friends and family.
“Great hotel Great Location”
Really friendly & helpful staff, excellent breakfasts. Standard room with shower was small but beautifully decorated and very clean. The bed was very hard but apparently this is a common preference in France? Only a few minutes walk to The Trocadero & L'Arc de Triomphe close to the Metro and some nice mid range & buget restaurants close by.
“good location”
nice, clean, friendly hotel. very good location good little snack places nearby. tower, champs walkable. i read many reviews before choosing this hotel and am glad i did. highly recommended.
“good hotel would recommend again”
One of those rare hotels in Paris where there isn't something to complain about. Staff were very friendly. Despite being at the front of the hotel the street noise was well blocked by the double windows. The air conditioning worked a treat, which again is not universal in Paris hotels. Beware the room internet access charges, which are fearsome.
“Nice stay”
Lovely hotel. Staff helpful and polite. Great location. Nice bedroom with one big bed made of two single beds side by side (standard room) (quite hard though but we slept like babies anyhow). So, we may choose indeed not to book another hotel next time we are in Paris (Etoile/Trocadero area) !
