“Great hotel AVOID ROOMS 100 and 200”

Great hotel, really clean, helpful staff, good location, lovely place to eat and drink nearby called the brasserie de Maubeuge (turn left out of hotel and cross road at first crossing next to the grocery shop). My only grip is that our room was over I think the Kitchen and wash noisy early in the morning.
