Convenient for local offices, but no other point.Posted Dec 2, 2013
Close to SocGen and other offices, but otherwise far from anywhere touristy. Very hard to find by taxi or GPS. 30 Euro taxi from Orly to la Defense then another 20 Euros driving around in circles trying to the find the hotel. Ended up abandoning taxi and walking across a dual carriageway and some scrubland when I finally saw the hotel. Hotel staff very nice and comped me breakfast for trouble finding the address. Hotel itself is perfectly nice, a good 4 star. Room service club sandwich was OK.

Location CNIT is the highlightPosted Oct 11, 2013
Pros: Very hand to CNIT conference centre, metro & shopping mall
Cons: Power points inroom & replenishment of drinks and cheaper/free wifi in room
Location: CNIT conference centre . Right at the la Defense arch
Stayed at this hotel due to proximity to CNIT and conference we were attending. Staff were pleasant, room was reasonable size, although bathroom smallish (had a bath) and barely any amenities. There were several of us staying at this hotel and we all had problems with power points in rooms not working. Wifi was reasonably fast - cost of 19,95eu per day in room or free in public areas - go figure. Bottle of Evan in room was 5euro and when I drank it on day 1 it did not get replaced over the 4 days I was there, nor did anything else on the mini bar. Laundry charges were outrageous. Brasserie meal was good and service in the restaurant was excellent. Easy to get to Paris by metro and shopping mall handy, but unless doing business in this area, not the best location.

Absolute nightmare to get toPosted Aug 14, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel is an absolute nightmare to get to. It is on a large one way system. We drove from La Rochelle to Paris in five hours and it took one and a half hours to actually find and get into the hotel. We saw only one sign for it and if you miss it, you're going around the one way system again. The public areas of the hotel are fine but there were some aspects of our room that made us feel we were in a 2 or 3 star hotel, like stains on the carpet, peeling wall paper, shoddy workmanship. It's convenient for Paris on the Metro but I wouldn't stay there again, and I'm a fan of Marriott brands!

Location was great for our conference CNIT center. Very easy to get the metro from the hotel. I would stay again.

This really is a brilliant hotel, especially if you stay in a club room/junior suite with access to the Executive Lounge. UK channels in rooms, free wi-fi, plush rooms, nothing to complain about

Nice, but coldPosted Jan 18, 2013 on Hotels.com
The service was excellent as always, but the air conditioning in my club room was merely recirculating air rather than heating it - sub-zero outside - despite my turning the heating dial right up.

Nice HotelPosted Jan 7, 2013 on Hotels.com
Hotel was clean and asthetically pleasing. Rooms were good sized. The bed in our room was somewhat problematic in that one side was very saggy. Internet in the business center is not free, which was annoying. Location was relatively close to a metro stop, but La Defense is a ways away from the center of Paris, so it takes 20 to 30 minutes by metro to get there. There is also a mall close to the hotel where the metro stop is, but make sure exit using doors A or B and DO NOT exit through the mall. That was a bit of a nightmare after a long day of travelling.

The location is convenient because you can get the underground line 1 and easily access all the main tourist attractions. However, because it is a business district, the 10min walk to and from the station is a bit awry, specially in the night. The food in the hotel is extremely expensive and the quality is awful, avoid it, particularly the Brasserie. Finally the rooms are getting a bit tacky and need an update/refurbishment quickly, plus the air conditioned did not work and the room was incredibly hot, even in winter time.

Other than the power trip due to the iron, everything is good. Convenient location, near metro.
