“Great hotel, but not really a central location”

This is an excellent hotel. The only down side was that it just isn't very central.

“Great hotel convenient to Metro”

Good value relative to downtown hotels. Convenient to Metro making it easy to get to tourist locations. Staff was very professional and helpful with directions. Excellent breakfast buffet.

“Can't wait to go back”

The hotel is very clean, comfortable and chic. It meets the all expectations from a 4 star hotel. The staff is friendly. The location is not a problem because metro and RER station is at just 5 minutes of walk. La Defense is a very well desiged business area with impressive buildings. It reflects modern aspects of Paris. There is a shopping center very closed the hotel which includes starbucks, Paul, Mc Donalds and various high quality restaurants. It may be better to have breakfast and dinner at this shopping center rather than city center. The brasserias or fast foods in the centre are usually very crowded, dirty and smells bad. We liked the Hotel and next time I prefer to stay again in this La Defence Hotel than hotel in a touristic district.

“Excellent Business Location”

Not the tallest of hotel's, so the view you get from the room could be quite dull, but I looked out to La Grande Arche, and the north-west of Paris which given the sunshine was excellent. Excellent staff who tolerated my limited French with patience and good humour, very efficient and excellent location for the offices in and around La Defense (esp 8). Spacious room, very comfortable and clean, and very difficult to find a single fault.

“Great Hotel - lovely”

Super hotel - set back a little from the defense arch in Paris - (the city area) lovely staff - only critism was no tea and coffee facillities in the room - which was available in another hotel nearby the year before. really nice would stay again.

“Great all round facility”

Great location under the grand arch. Only a short walk from the metro and 10 minute ride to the Champs Elysees. All staff very pleasant and helpful, especially Jill on reception, Marie Paule the concierge & Greg in the bar. Everything you could need is in the room except tea & coffee making facilities. The main restaurant is expensive and food quality not representative of the cost but great choice of restaurants just a metro ride away.Well placed for the 4 seasons shopping mall, just a 5 minute walk away.

“Fantastic”

La Defense it's a very impressive place. If you're lucky to catch a sunny day, you'll gonna experience a different kind of Paris, modern and shiny. I am very happy I chose this hotel! There is only one small inconvenience: you are dependent of the Metro/RER to move back and forth to Paris. But in weekends, it runs until 2am.

“Very Comfortable Hotel”

Our room was very comfotable and very clean and tidy. The room had a king size bed, large TV and minibar. The bathroom was of a reasonable size and had the usual soaps, shampoos and lotions. The shower was very good and easy to use. We used the hotel bar, very good friendly service but prices in Paris Hotels are not cheap! The hotel was 5 mins walk from the RER/Metro station. All in all, a comfortable hotel and we will stay here again when in Paris.

“Highly recommended hotel!!!!”

Hotel is within walking distance of a mall (with a grocery store) and the metro station which will take you to all of the major sights in the city within minutes. No need to rent a car the metro makes sightseeing very easy and its not costly. The hotel service was excellent. Having the concierge service on site made it easy to make reservations and get directions. There is no need to plan an itinerary ahead of time; the hotel will be glad to help you plan your day. For those whose primary lanuage is English don't expect to enjoy more than 2 or 3 television channels which was only news most of the time.
