“Relaxing and friendly hotel in Paris”
My girlfriend and I stayed here for a 3 night break. From the start the staff were very accommodating in advising places to go/eat. Also they were happy to make reservations and enquire about excursions we had booked. Breakfast had a great selection, with continental/french type as well as cooked (scrambled eggs, sausages, and bacon) which wasn't expected! The hotel is well located in a lovely area and round the corner from a Metro station. First experience in a 4-star hotel with my girlfriend and we would easily go back.:-)
“Gem of a hotel”
We really enjoyed our stay at the Waldorf Trocadero. Staff were on the whole, very helpful and friendly. The room was meticulously clean and fresh towels were provided every day. Clean crisp white sheets and lovely fluffy bathrobe and slippers were provided. Nice forceful hot shower. Typical small size room, but big enough really for what we needed. Close to Metro, Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. Nice part of town. Happy :-)
“Will Return”
The hotel staff could not have been any more helpful. They were very polite and offered suggestions of what to see and where to go. Would definitely recommend this hotel, and will stay here again when we return to Paris.
“Great location in Paris”
Clean hotel between the Eiffle Tower and the Champs Elysee. Great accommodations.
“Great hotel near Trocadero on a quiet street”
The hotel is very comfortable, with the room a bit larger by Parisian standards (though not as large as typical US hotels). Staff is nice, breakfast is nice. Location was very good for me because it is close to Trocadero, Tour Eiffel and Place Victor Hugo, with many restaurants and easy to wander into the XVIeme arrondisement and get away from the tourists and explore a more Parisian neighborhood, while close to the major landmarks via metro. The street is quiet so you don't have the noisy crowds from Trocadero.
“Great Place!!!!!”
I had originally planned on staying in another hotel in paris but had to change my plans last second because i was going to be travelling with a second person. This hotel is very elegant and suited me perfect. room was big for paris standards. what you have to realize is that all bathrooms, rooms, and basically everything is going to seem miniature compared to hotels in the states. with that in mind this hotel was great and hotel workers were very friendly and wanted to make sure my stay was good. my room was cleaned everyday for the entire week of my stay. hotels there are over priced so it being somewhat expensive is understandable. hotel is right down the street from a metro which was very nice and an easy walk to the arc de triumph and Eiffel tower!!!!
“Highly recommended...”
No complaints, great location (Quiet) Friendly staff, nice room and good service. No bar but efficient room service.
“Excellent base for Paris Marathon”
The hotel owner runs marathons himself - the hotel is therefore well equipped around marathon time for runners.
“Very nice little place to stay.”
This was a very quaint small hotel but the room was lovely. There is no restaurant but they do a lovely buffet breakfast. Room service was okay..very expensive. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was terrific in the shower. If you like to wash your face with a face cloth take one with you because the hotels do not have them. It was a little ard to find but as I said a lovely little hotel and the staff were terrific!
“Excellent hotel”
An excellent hotel, good service, clean, friendly. Breakfast was expensive and they don't have a restauant, but it's Paris so there are plenty of places to grab a croissant or get a meal. It's 10 minutes walk from the Metro but in a very quiet street.
