"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel because of the unsafe room layout. The refrigerator was placed under the cosmetic/dressing table, in a position where it was easy to accidentally hit or damage personal belongings. Because of this setup, my Samsung Flip phone’s touch screen was damaged. I now need to repair the phone, and the repair cost is 9,000 baht. I believe the hotel should review this room arrangement, as placing the refrigerator under the cosmetic table creates a risk for guests’ belongings. This incident caused me unnecessary stress and additional cost during my trip. I hope the hotel management will take responsibility, improve the room setup, and provide a fair response regarding the damage caused."
