"Amazing service, both the hotel and the seaside restaurant. The front desk seemed truly interested if we had a good time and welcomed us back. I do want to go back. Two small issues. Don't folow Google maps to get there. It takes you just to the eastern edge of the property, not the entrance. Second. The beds were kind of hard. But we had the garden rooms and they were spacious and the grounds are beautiful. "

"Delightful location high up in the mountain in a coffee plantation. They treated us like queens. Nothing was too much trouble. 2 friends had knee issues and they would promptly come pick them up on a golf cart. We sat in the hot tub above the infinity pool looking across the stunning panoramic view and pressed a button and were promptly served. They served the best seat in the house for us at the restaurant with a reserved sign at each meal. The massages were outstanding, and our rooms were fabulous. Felt like royalty. The staff are so friendly, remembered us by name and so accommodating. Would definitely go back if I was ever in Bali again. An outstanding experience."

"We stayed one week here. Loved Lovina. The ever happy smiling staff were always friendly and helpful and took time to learn about us, nothing was too much trouble. I mistakenly booked a room with no fridge. I need one to store my medication. The management allowed me access to their private fridge and put a fridge in my room once one came available. To me this was above and beyond good service. The pool is a comfortable temperature. The food from the kitchen is very good. We ordered a lot from the hotel and was never disappointed. Also the food and beverages are very reasonably priced. The hotel is beach front with beautiful views and close vicinity to the main part of town. I will be returning and am a bit concerned that my glowing review will make it too crowded!"
