“People are really friendly”

- the hotel stands on a hill, the view is very beautiful - the hotel people are very polite and helpful - hotel shuttle bus services is very convenience, but remember reserved it ahead of time, space is limited, first come first served basis, - the minor side is the internet services, still have to pay, most of the hotel provide it free of charge

“Good Hotel”

Its a good hotel but its far from the main city and specially the beach. If you are going on a vacation or honey moon then its not a good option.

“poorly maintained and poor front desk personels”

Although we had requested for connecting rooms and rooms on a higher floor when booking weeks in advance , we were told the hotel was fully booked and it was not possible for them to entertain our request. We then made our stand and insisted on seeing the manager on duty, who later were able to give us the rooms we wanted - what a fuss, truly not what we expected from a 4 star hotel like this. We found the rooms are pretty run down now, the beds were too soft, compared to what we experienced when we stayed here 8 years ago, perhaps they haven't changed the bed since then. Toilets were not very clean.
