“A nice place to stay”
The staff were extremely helpful. Excellent service.

What a fantastic surprise. I was concerned about it being a 3* however it the whole stay was most enjoyable. It is a hidden gem and the manager is committed to make everyone's stay trouble free. We had a beautiful room, the food and service in their bistro was 10 out of 10, the leisure facilities are beautiful. Breakfast was a little slow but we went at the busiest time so our own fault. Don't be put off by it being a 4 star, it is excellent value for money and the whole place ticks over beautifully thanks to to comittment of his manager.

This hotel is in a beautiful setting.The staff work hard to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
“Accommodating accomodation”
This hotel is in a excellent location with Pitlochry, being right in the centre of the Town. All staff were friendly and helpful both before and during the stay. The room was a little warm and the bed small but clean and well presented. The hotel also changed their breakfast opening times to accomodate a large number of guests wishing for an early start.
“Mixed Feelings”
This hotel is missing a trick, great location, central and offers lots of amenities yet does not utilise them. I booked this for a wee treat and because of the spa/pool etc. I was extremley disappointed to find the that pool/sauna etc was only open from 8-11 am and then from 6pm - 7.30 pm on a wed/thur when we were there, poor show. It was really good despite this but a few little jobs need doing all around the hotel, they need a maintenance man ! The pool was great, nice sauna, clean enough but should be open all day. Bedroom was OK. Bed average. bathroom also average. Breakfast was excellent and we received a standard of service that I would expect. I would stay here again but I would want to know that the pool area was more accessible to me.
“Could be better...”
The room was very nice but tiny for a double room (the bed had to be against the wall to fit). Service from staff could have been better, they were not particularly helpful. Breakfast was good.
