Hotel had everything you would expect of a hotel of this standing. Room was clean, and quiet. Staff where friendly and made sure I had everything I neeed
“We would definitley return”
We chose Rydges for it's proximity to the convention center. We were pleased that many other things were also easy walking distance - restaurants, train, bus, etc. The staff was top notch and the room nice and clean. The bed was a bit firm for me, but my husband loved it.

This Hotel is worth staying at. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room very clean and comfortable. Very close to railway station which I had to use the next day. Will definitely use again. I visit Perth once or twice a year
“Excellent service and location”
The Rydges hotel is in the heart of the city and almost on the doorstep of the two shopping malls with everything you could want to see in Perth only a walk away. The hotel service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for the staff with them going out of their way to assist as well as always being greeted with friendly smiles and hellos. The rooms were a little small but were comfortable and serviceable - no view to speak of but as we didn't spend much time in the room this was of little consequence. Definitely stay there again and would recommend to anyone visiting Perth
“Good location, Reasonable price”
The hotel is just next to CBD, shopping place, Swan river, ferry point, china town. All within 10-min walking distance. Also can go to McDonald (24/7) when most of restaurants, pub are closed at mid-night. The staff are nice. Room is clean and new.
“Great location, friendly staff”
Fantastic hotel, close to the centre of Perth and train station. The staff were warm, friendly and extremely helpful. I'd recommend this hotel as a great place to stay.

A good experience. We would stay here again. The cleaning staff were friendly and the room spotless. It made it even better when we secured a 3 day special.
“Rocking Rydges”
I stayed in both Rydges Kalgoorlie and Rydges Perth, both hotels displayed a high standard in all areas. Very professional and helpful staff, the food for both the in house restaurants and room service was delish... (but very pricey)Rydges Perth is centrally located so very easy to get anywhere around the CBD, walking distance within all the major shopping malls and tourist attractions such as the Swan River plus cheap but yummy eating places. Be aware that if you have a rental car and you would like to use Rydges Perth valet service that this would cost you $35 AUD per day, a fact that neither expedia nor the hotel made me aware of when I made the booking and hence had not budgeted for that service (free parking in Rydges Kalgoorlie) and you would need to use this service as there is no parking anywhere else. Have already recommended both hotels to family and friends. I would defintely stay there again.
“Clean, Quiet, Friendly Staff”
Big commercial hotels aren't usually my thing but we got a really good deal on price and the location in Perth CBD was perfect for our needs. Pleasantly surprised by the friendly service - not expected in a big city hotel! Staff were lovely on our arrival and more than helpful with any queries we had or services we required. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. My personal preference is for quaint, homely accommodation experiences - I did feel a bit claustrophobic in a high-rise with no opening windows and no homely style comforts - but that is more my personal preference than a criticism. Really everything was in order and I was really happy with the accommodation overall.
