“Great position”

The hotel is centrally located and close to shopping malls, transport and attractions. Short walk to swan river and mall. Ideal position if you don't have use of a car.Would stay again when in Perth.

“Value for money”

This "no frills" hotel compares favourably with the "luxury" ones located one street down. There may be no views over the river, but it is quiet with bus service outside the door, obliging staff & comfortable rooms. In addition the restaurant serves good food at reasonable prices.

“Very friendly and helpful staff”

It was a delight to stay in a hotel where the staff were so friendly and went out of there way to meet your needs. We had a room with a balcony so it was good to be able to have fresh air. the hotel was clean and provided a very good breakfast. Conveniently situated in the city.

“Good Deal”

Nice place to stay. Clean. Good services. Friendly staffs. The only problem was that the room service for minibar knocked on the door quite early, 8am in the morning everyday. So remember to put the DO NOT DISTURB sign if u wish to sleep late :-p Otherwise the overall experience was good.
