“A good place to stay if travelling with teenagers”
We used this hotel for a stopover on both our outward and return Sydney/London/Sydney flights. Its proximity to a huge shopping mall and water/theme parks gave us (the adults) the chance to relax and enjoy Kuala Lumpur, while the kids were having a great time all within a very short walk of the hotel.
“Excellent Hotel”
This hotel is excellent for all the family.Sunway Lagoon Theme park within hotel grounds, shopping link to the hotel with hundreds of outlets including an ice rink on lower ground floor. Food was excellent with friendly curteous staff, always willing to help. Would highly recommend this hotel.

“Good Hotel Great Location”
I had two different rooms for my stay the cheaper room on the 3rd floor with no view facing the internal atrium, was dark and noisy. I would not recommend anyone wanting to sleep past 6 am to stay there as that is when the muzak begins. In the evening music is heard clearly in the room until late at night. The second room was one with a view facing the front of the hotel. It was much quieter and lovely and bright. At all times the hotel staff were helpful and efficient. The hotel organised taxis are cleaner and drive to the speed limit as opposed to the local taxis which are cheap but allow you the thrill of travelling at speeds up to 40km over the limit. The hotel has a great location joined to the Sunway shopping centre. Cheap local food can be found in the markets near to the university within walking distance of the hotel.
“It was a good stay”
I really liked the stay and th ehotel location as well as the facility is very good. The only thing that i might find against the hotel was the recreation facilkities which is in different hotel and you have to walk out of the hotel to reach it.
“Malaysian Disneyland”
I stayed here on a business trip and found that the hotel was right in the middle of a huge theme park and shopping center. It is very noisy at night and the music can be heard even from the top floor rooms. But the adjoining spa, pool and fitness facility were a welcome respite from the long work days.
“Sunway Pyramid Hotel”
Hotel and area its self is beautiful and cheap. the room though was disappointing. mould all over the bath and shower, bed hard as rock, counter staff were very rude and unhelpful and the hotel very cold and noisy from the shopping centre below. Free breakfast also made us quite ill.
